Summary: PC version of the best XBOX game ever
Review: This game is simply awesome. The PC version of what many consider the best XBOX game of all time. It includes 6 more maps, 2 new guns, and improved graphics. It also includes 2 new multiplayer vehicles, the banshee and rocket warthog. This is one of the most fun games i have ever played.

Pros: Better graphics, extremely fun, pretty much everything.

Cons: Sometimes slow framerate which does NOT take away the fun of the game at all.

Summary: PC Version pretty damn good
Review: I got to play the XBOX version at a friend's house and found it to be a lot of fun, the only drawback was that I am used to playing PC games and the XBOX resolution was not great, especially when you are playing two people at once.

But the PC game is sweet -- rich graphics, sound, and extras makes improvements over the XBOX version!

Drawbacks:
- Too bad I can't have multiple gamepads on one computer and have a friend man the warthog.
- I have a good graphics card but still couldn't get good playability on higher resolution and had to settle with 1024x768, so you'll need the TOP graphics card to play high rez.
- Microsoft is involved.

*6 new multiplayer maps.
*New guns.
*And multiplayer experience without puchacing anything extra.

I can tell all of you one thing now. This game is going to be gold. Do not pass this offer. BUY HALO FOR PC!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Better than Xbox!
Review: Halo on the PC is simply amazing. It's even better than the Xbox version. First of all, the graphics are stunning and it makes the gameplay very enjoyable. Also, the multiplayer is online so you can play with friends together which is really cool. Mulitiplayer also has 6 more maps which are all eye popping and jaw dropping. You can now use the Banshee in multiplayer too (which you can't do on Xbox). There are also 2 new weapons, the flamethrower and the fuel-rod gun (most of you know it as the Hunter's gun). Now you can burn all of those aliens to death! Trust me, even if you have Halo for Xbox, you still must buy it!!! Everyone buy this game!

Summary: Amazing!
Review: I never played the game on the X-Box, but I got to play the beta of the PC version.

Now I know what all my X-Box friends were talking about- this is the best action game I have ever played. I felt like I was in Star Wars, battling all these strange creatures on cool alien worlds.

The multiplayer version of the game is even more fun. You get to use all those vehicles from the single player game and play games like Capture the Flag, King of the Hill and Oddball. The new maps that come with the PC version were made with a lot more room for driving and flying around.

Summary: HALO ROCKS
Review: HERES THE SITUATION: My friend bought Halo a year or so ago for his Xbox. I have been playing shooting games since I was about 4 years old (Doom haha). I have played Half-Life and all its expansion pakcs, Quake series, and many more. I played Halo, and it was THE BEST SHOOTING GAME EVER! An immersive storyline, great music, great sounds, and amazing graphics made this game my top favorite.
Sadly, I am not big on the money thing, so I will probably never get an Xbox. Well, my souped up gaming computer and I heard about Halo for PC. This game will be amazing, complete with online play! I cant wait to sneak atop hills with Active Camo on and snipe somebody. This game will only be increased in fun with the computer version. The only thing I will miss about the console version will be the Co-op play, but maybe Gearbox and Bungie will add it....

Summary: The beta shows some promise...
Review: First off, I would like to smile at the number of reviews on this game based off of X-Box players who haven't even seen the PC version.

I have played the beta, so let me give you my perspective...

Halo for X-Box is, in my opinion, the best X-Box game. But this review is for the PC version, and I can tell you that this port of sorts is no pushover. It is definitly a progression from the original game, as Microsoft is bring in new maps, two new weapons (the fuel-rod and flamethrower), and more vehicles. The new content is not yet all available in the beta however. The new vehicles include the banshee (the covenant's flying fighter), a rocket-equipped warthog jeep, and the covenant gun turret.

Playing this game on your computer is a definite step up from the X-Box. The graphics and sound effects are improved. Also, the music seems to be a lot clearer on the PC. And, of course, Halo LAN parties are a blast (no pun intended).

Multiplayer is simply amazing. The ability to customize EVERY game type and even make your own makes for a truely unique experience. And vehicles, as in the X-Box version, make the gameplay pretty crazy.

However, I had to dock the game a star. Most multiplayer PC games (noteably Counter-Strike) allow up to 32 players. Halo only allows 16 players, or 8 vs. 8 teams. With the shear size and complexity of levels and the amount of vehicles, it is dissapointing to see the lower maximum of players. I'm not talking "Battlefield 1942" large, but even CS with it's small levels allows 32 players. I was just a little dissapointed.

(I also cannot comment on Internet Play as it is not available in the Beta. However, I can expect that Microsoft will optimize their game to run very smoothly for online play.)

Still, I can safely say this game won't be a waste of your money, and I will definitly fly to the store to purchase Halo when it is released.

And then I'll be flying my Banshee all around!

Summary: If you can't get the reg. XBOX Halo, get Halo PC!
Review: When my friend rented Halo then started to tell me about it, I knew that I would want to play it. It took me a day or so to get used to the controls, but then he had to return it. A week later he bought it, and after another week, we had beaten the game together. We have now beaten the entire game on all the difficulties three times, working on our fourth.
I don't have an XBOX, so I was overjoyed to hear what my mom had gotten me for my birthday... she had preordered Halo PC! Judging by Halo, I am certain that Halo PC will be at least as good. Me and my friends are adiment Halo fans, you can even check out my site,[website] I hope my reveiw was helpful!
