Summary: Best Blizzard Game Yet
Review: Blizzard never lets us fans down. Any of the positives can be found in the other reviews, but I just want to chime in and mention that the game changes at least every month. Due to the fact that they constantly release patches, certain races become better and harder to control.So the game does not stay exactly the same for long which makes it much more challenging!

Review: As a fan of RTS games, especially of the series of Warcraft and starcraft, this game was very disapointing. They story line is pretty much the same of warcraft 2, the game speed is a little faster and better graphics, but still graphics look cartoonish and childlike.
I recommend Starcraft or Age of Empires 2, instead of Warcraft 3. I hope that if Blizzard, someday, tries to bring to the market Warcraft 4, they have to put effort in creativity and more mature graphics.

Summary: Best multiplayer RTS ever, period.
Review: Why? Because on a 56k modem it runs damn near flawlessly. AoE and AoK [was bad]for this reason, IMO. I dunno why I am reading all these great reviews about the single player campaign, although it was good. The best part of this game is the competition with other players on Battle.netm be it 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, or FFA, this game is amazing online. I give the single player campaign 3 1/2 stars, but the online play will beat any preivious Blizzard RTS title hands down, and make Microsoft's garbage look like a joke. I never realized it until I bought this game, but Blizzard pwns. You play this game and know it was a labor of love. Keep em coming, guys, unless, that is, you lose the feeling, then stop pls. Summary: Still, very, very fun!
Review: Look, I got WarCraft3 in 7/03/02, and it's still very, very fun! I spent more than 3 years waiting for that game and got it the day of release. It didn't dissapoint me one bit. It was everything I dreamed of! Yet again Blizzrd remains supreme, and WarCraft, yet again is Blizards finest!!! Also recomended:StarCraft, StarCraft:Battle Chest, Diablo:Battle chest, WarCraft:Battle Chest, Blizzard DVD, all the Blizzard books, and of course, WARCRAFT3!

Review: While Warcraft III is great both in terms of graphics (usually)and sound, there are some major issues that keep it from being one of the great RTS games. Like others have mentioned, the graphics are generally great. The buildings, units, and environments all look solid, if not incredible. While the cutscenes between episodes are some of the best I've ever seen, the cutscenes between individual levels look cartoonish, and ultimately take away from the sense of drama. Blizzard's choice to use the in-game models for those cutscenes backfired. Graphics uneveness aside, perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the game is it's gameplay. Whereas the previous 'craft games were challenging, Warcraft III is relatively easy. Virtually all levels can be won the same way, and they're usually very repetative, although there are a handful that are unique (like the level to stop Mal'Ganis from acquiring 100 undead followers). The only real saving grace of the game is its story. While not particularly original, it is engaging enough to make you want to trudge through the game to find out what happens next.

Summary: simply amazing
Review: Warcraft 3 is all that you can expect given the amazing past work by Blizzard. While I never thought that Warcraft 2 could be improved upon, I, fortunately, have been proved wrong. Warcraft 3 is a classic real-time strategy (RTS) game. The pace is just right. I never felt unduly rushed, unless it was specifically intended in the mission. The mixture of role-playing and real-time elements is great, as you can personally develop a hero or 2 over the course of a campaign, including what skills s/he develops to what degree (although eventually they'll all be fully powered up), and what items s/he carries to boost his/her power. Honestly, the ONLY two things that I dislike about the game are 1) Your gold intake is limited when your army reaches a certain size. While I think the concept is good, the loss is too severe in most cases, and can sometimes be frustrating simply because you can't build anything without waiting for what seems to be an inordinate amount of time; and 2) the massive amounts of sleep I lost playing this game. For a college student, sleep deprivation is the last thing I need. A fantastic game!

Summary: another brilliant blizzard title
Review: I think I've played every Blizzard game that's come out -- every one has been a real pleasure and Warcraft III does not disappoint. The game includes some RPG elements into the typical RTS game -- a blend we'll see more of in the future I'm sure. The graphics are stunning, of course, a Blizzard staple. I wish all gaming companies would still use cut-scenes...seems like everyone's moving to using the game engine, not separately rendering them... Couple of things you might not have read in the other reviews: - the levels vary - some are standard RTS, build build build attack. some you don't even have a chance to build, you just head out with what you have. it's a variation on the blizzard rts theme and it's a welcome inclusion. - game duration is just right...you don't want a never-ending game, and having to play through all races' storylines might seem like you'll be playing for a month. you get plenty, but between the rpg elements and race-switching, you'll find it fits well - don't forget to wait when you finish the game for the ending movies...they're so cool I can't even tell you. the movies change depending on the difficulty setting for the last level, so you might need a cheat code or something to see it unless you're just that good. good luck & thanks Blizzard!!

Summary: What A Dissapointment
Review: As a video game player who owns all of the Warcraft, and Starcraft games, this one is the least satisfying. Though there is some improved graphics, the storyline movies are more cartoonish and childlike. I would also prefer improved resoloution. As for the play of the game. It is more difficult to control armies, and the town size limit is too small. This is the first of the series that in which I did not finish the campaign, and lost interest in the game in the first month.

Review: First off I would like to say that this game is by far the second best blizzard game EVER..only topped by the godlyness of starcraft... Now lets get down to business... I have owned this game since th day after if came out, and I am still LOVING ME..the storyline is WONDERFUL, and graphics are STUNNING, and music is WONDERFUL it is just great...with the added RPG heros/items thing makes the game even more exciting and the battle.net ladder system, where you get levels as you win your way up the ladder it one of the greatest ideas I have ever seen...BUY THIS GAME!
