JumpStart is a utility to automatically partition hard drives, set up environment variables, and prepare for installation. There are also Compaq Development Tools such as Compaq FORTRAN Compiler for Linux Alpha, Compaq C for Linux Alpha, Compaq C++ for Linux Alpha, Compaq Portable Math Library (CPML), Compaq Extended Math Library (CXML), and more. Also included is Red Hat Network, a service from Red Hat that allows you to receive updates specific to your system. It is also 2.4 kernel ready.
