Summary: copying locked file with cdwriting software
Review: I want to copy the lock file by cd writing software.I can not copy the lock file from cd rom drive.Please tell me How can i perfrom this process by Click'n Burn.please tell me any another
software that can do this process.

Review: while it is a nice thought and a new step for this company they do not support Macintosh very well and their customer service department does not respond to email and can not / will not answer questions about basic functionality for Macintosh. Offer assistance for windows but it usually does not apply to Mac format. they seem to be less familiar with their mac product that I was. When asked basic questions answered with Windows solutions, when I told them (again) it was their mac product, they told me they were referring to Windows - a catch 22, very frustrating

close but no cigar.... stick with those willing to support the format or Mac Platform.
