Review: Starcraft is a must have game for any rts player. I have had itfor a year and it still is my favorite game. The only critisizims ihave is the sound and graphics which is mainly because its a old game. Brood war is a great expansion and starcraft just isnt complete without it. It gives u missions which are a little harder then the original. It also gives u some great new guys which give the teams a horde of new stradegys and build orders. The one thing i hated was the 2 guides that came with it. The original misions are easy enough so you dont need a guide, and by the time i got to brood war i went right through the intermidiate ones. I also found it gave me no multiplayer help. If you want multiplayer tips and build orders go to ... [their site] In my oppoinion this is the most stragedic game of all time. The one thing which makes it so great is theres no ultimate stradegy. (going hydralisks beats battle cruisers, zerglings and zealots beat hydralisk andcruisers beat zerglings.) The reason some guys are weak and strong come to the well thought of size and dammage type. Some guys will do better against large enemies (hydra) and some better to small.

Summary: Great Game for all RTS fans
Review: If you are an RTS fan and you don't have this game yet, GET IT NOW. The three unique races keep you coming back for more action. The storyline is good for an RTS, and the instructions booklet provides you with a great history. Both strategy guides give you great tips and coverage for all 54 (for SC and the exp. set combined), I repeat 54, missions for the Zerg, Protoss, and Terran races. A wonderful online layout allows you to easily access to a game to play in with up to 7 other people. The campaign editor can be used to create some of the most unusual games you could never imagine, another reason there is never ending fun. A great tutorial teaches you the easy controls and before long, you'll be a master. The Battle Chest provides you with loads of action and is well worth the price. This game almost never stays in its case for too long for me.

Review: StarCraft: Battle Chest is the best value out there. It costs $35.00, and it includes StarCraft, StarCraft: Brood War, The strategy guide to StarCraft, and the strategy guise to StarCraft: Brood War, too. StarCraft costs $30.00 alone, and Brood War is about the same price. Alone, the strategy guides (which are EXTREMELY helpful) each cost $20.00. That adds up to a value of $100.00. You save $65 if you buy StarCraft: Battle Chest rather than buy it all separately. Now on to the game. Starcraft is truly awesome game. I play it any chance I get. StarCraft has a GREAT plot, and the video clips it plays are out of this world. There are 3 species in the game. they are the Terrans, the Zerg, and the Protoss. Each is vastly different from all of the others; with its own strengths and weaknesses. The game play, sound, and graphics are all out of this world. I could go on and on about StarCraft, but I won't, because you probably don't want to read it all. In conclusion, Starcraft: Battle Chest is a truly great game for and awesome value, and you should definitly buy it. I promise you'll love it.

Review: Starcraft is one of the best games released for the pc in the last couple years. Its not big on complex graphics or full motion video, but the gameplay is awesome. The control is good, better than other games in the same genre - allowing you better control over most aspects of the game. The individual plots and forces that you follow during the course of the game are quite stimulating and entertaining. Like most modern strategy games this can be played multiplayer and over the internet. I'm sure that if you like Command and Conquer games or other strategy war/tactics games - you'll love the Starcraft games.

Review: Starcraft has caught me into the craze ever since its debut in 98...This game is simply amazing. It is the type of RTS that is "hard and fast," you build, build, build, fight, fight, fight, and either win or lose, sometimes having the chance to revive if you lost the first battle. It is different from other great RTS like AOE2 because the latter is more fun when you build a great army w/ diverse units and attack tactically, while Starcraft is more like building a giant swarm and either going straight thru or catching the opponent by surprise...(what I mean is: while AOE2 resembles real combat more, Starcraft is idealistic but fun). Starcraft's campaigns makes it standout...the Kerrigan story was spectacular, especially if you buy this battle chest and go thru the whole story from the original to Broodwar. Blizzard hired some decent fiction writers for the plot... Battle.net and multiplayer rules in Starcraft. In case you don't know, battle.net gives you free access to the Blizzard server (if you use the Internet, of course) to meet and play multiplayer w/ hundreds and even thousands of other people off the net (of course, it's only 8 people per game max). There is (was?) also a great ranking system and tournaments, but I don't know if they still do that anymore, having my Internet connection gone extremely slow for the last 6 months... All in all, this battlechest is a mustbuy, and the guides help a lot in case you're stuck, but try to beat the game yourself (I did it) first...

Summary: One of the Greatest
Review: This game is great. I've had it for almost 3 years now and it still is one of the best I've ever played. If your interested at all in strategy games, buy this one. The 3 species are all greatly different from the next, and the expansion missions are excellent. Don't even bother reading about it. Go out and buy it now. Hurry, your loosing precious gameplay time!

Summary: StarCraft/Starcraft Brood wars
Review: This is one of the most addictive games on this planet. StarCraft has a very creative single player storyline and three different races you and play as. And Brood wars has a great story and some new units. But thats not why I like this game. Multiplier on this game blows the single player mode out of the solar system. With up to a 8 player hook up and a never ending assortment of game in category's like Melee in with you can teem up to face a computer or other players, Use map settings in with you can play RPG's or any kind of story based scenario. Trust me when I say you will like this game and will never get tierd of it.

Summary: This is probably the Best Game out right now!
Review: Blizzard, probably the most succesful gaming company out right now, released a game called Star Craft. The game features 3 races, Terran, Protoss, and Zerg, each with their own abilities and units. The reason this game is so FUN to play and to deal with is the complete differences that each race has. In War2 both races were pretty much a like, but in SC & BW, each race is so different that all the time, even for the last 3 years, strategies keep coming up all over the place. The story line is very well made, could have been a novel or a movie if they had chosen to do so. The movies are, of course, the best. Blizzard is well known for the great quality and enjoyment of their entriguing cinematics. If you do not already own this game, I incredibly suggest that you go buy it immediately.

Summary: Star Craft : Battle Chest
Review: If you have not purchased the original version, you're in luck because you can now get all of the spectacular add-ons for the same price as the original game. One of the best computer games I have ever played. If you like Warcraft or Age of Empires, you'll love Starcraft. The aspect that surprised me the most in this game were the scenario and video segments in between levels. Some of the best computer animated film I've ever seen. Definitely worth the price considering how long the game remains fun, original and challenging.
