Rating: Summary: Amazing Review: Although I have never played this game, it seems to outdue every aspect of RTS games. The simplified hero system i know will appeal to casual gamers like me who don't spend hours on rpg games and such, but it will also please hard-core gamers with hours of fun if thats what they want. The gameplay, centered on a smaller number of units than most rts games, will give the player more control over his entire race. The graphics are excellent, i have seen a few in game movies and the units move fluidly and naturally. The differences from most RTS games are what will seperate this from a good game to a great game. The neutral buildings, units, etc. will serve as a great new feature. Overall, I can not wait till this game comes out, it looks absolutely amazing and from what i hear plays just as well.
Rating: Summary: Too Repetitive! Review: I was one of a very few group of people who got the chance to play a test version of the game. The graphics are very good, but everything is just the same old thing! Yeah there might be a couple new races, Characters, skills etc. but in all this game is almost like the older ones! If you are a die-hard fan of these games buy it but if you aren't get the demo first!
Rating: Summary: WarCraft III set to top RTS market Review: Blizzard Entertainment's 'WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos' is their newest installment to their line of best-selling games, and it promises to offer hours of intense action. WarCraft III, in case you didn't know, is an RPS (Role Playing Strategy), with elements of WC II (Real-Time Strategy) and Blizzard's Best-Selling Diablo II (Role Playing Game). The design of this game is as follows: a strategy game, similar to WC II or StarCraft, with heros that can gain levels and abilities with experience, a la Diablo II. The game involves graphical improvements, much to the aid of users who believed that the age-old WarCraft II was unrealistic. The down side of this is that the system requirements are high, a 400 Mhz pentium or the much better G3 chip and a 16 MB Graphics card. Blizzard has been working on this one for years and has kept, to our dismay, setting back the release dates. But this ensures that this will be a quality product with few errors. Feedback from experienced gamers also gaurantees that this game will have all the elements of a classic. Have loads of fun, and Happy Strategizing!
Rating: Summary: hard ware dependant game. Review: lets make it quick for readers . in mid 90's i was playing warcraft2.i did not understand the design of the game , i folded after a few months later. few years later diablo came out and i was terrified ,again i folded. but when starcraft came out ! all was changed i kept challenging and i have survived nuklear attacks, overwhelming rush...in year 2k diablo2 came out and diablo2 and then expansion... some how kept me stay all night long. war craft 3 is a hero(the boss)based strategy game ... usually heros appear in roll playing games... but it is a strategy game and it has the merit of rpg's taste of hero at the same time you have to act and think fast real fast .(like starcraft) so i say it will make me stay up all night long in a long time. (i was already tired of starcraft long ago ,recently i droped a rare item in diablo2...lost appetite for diablo2. in search of answer i got an answer ! answer was Warcraft3!.)there is only 1 problem that i am worried about. system requirements! you must have voodoo3 or faster graphics card with p3 or faster cpu. (since it uses d3d, cpu and gpu ballance is crucial _you must have 32mb vram +128mbsystem mem to play in 1024x768 or higher resolution.high clock p3 cpu or faster is recommended it uses almost the same hardware power quake3 requires. beat that) lets go back to magical era once again.

Rating: Summary: Great game Review: I know this will be a good game. I remember in december when i was waiting for blizzard to put descriptions out. Now I know all of the units and I know this game will be good. I am going to go insane if blizzard doesn't put this out soon. June 28????!!!!! Why do the things i want always take long? GET THIS GAME UNLESS YOU HAVE NO BRAIN!
Rating: Summary: Best Game Ever Review: this game is in a world of it's own, it's not made like starcraft where you mass units, this game takes skill, a variety of units is the key to winning. having hero's kinda puts a taste of Diablo into Warcaft, Hero's are also vital to sucess, and you need to level them up, to get better spells.
Rating: Summary: Warcraft 3 and how cool it is Review: Warcraft 3 is BY FAR the most interesting RPS I have ever seen, and ever will see. I played it at a friends house, and thought that the design and interface is extreme. 4 races duke it out to the death, with all new units and buildings. I can't wait till it comes out, June 26, 2002, and I'm gunna get it the first day it comes out, you should too.
Rating: Summary: Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos Review: An amazing world of detailed, artistic graphics and stunning visual effects, Warcraft III encompasses an amazing new standard for computer gaming. As phenominal as it is visually, though, the graphics pale in comparison to the far more important dimension of computer games: game-play. Complete with an amazing single-player storyline or options to play via-internet on the most complete online gaming service FREE, and four completely different races of armies to command, Warcraft III offers endless variation and strategic elements that combine classic role-playing adventure with a breakthrough fighting system that will transform this game from a spectacular gaming experience to a ever-popular, ever-competitive sport world-wide. Have fun!
Rating: Summary: Brilliant game! Review: (I received the Beta) This is easily Blizzard's best offering to date. The graphics are amazing, and gameplay is very original and extremely fun, and the multiplayer support promises to be very reliable. However, fans of Blizzard's "Starcraft" may be surprised by the style of gameplay: the focus is much more on unit efficiency and small numbers of well-organised, highly-upgraded, coordinated and mixed units than on massive numbers of identical, quick forces. Emphasis is on teamplay and cooperation. In general, players who liked warcraft II love warcraft 3, but players who liked Starcraft and its expansion have had mixed opinions. This is a definite buy for any blizzard fans.
