Summary: Awsome game
Review: I got this game the first day it came out and at that time a voodoo 2 and voodoo 3's were considered powerful. And with this game they are. The multiplayer is great! Oh plus you can start a skirmish and make it a sever. But the funnest thing is to just go on other peoples servers. Plus if you put in a 128mb vid card the graphics are like the best i've seen next to ut2003. And you can turn the detail up and run at 120fps!

Summary: The BEST FPS game EVER!!
Review: I've played lots of FPS games: Counter-Strike, Half-Life, Quake I & II, the DOOM series, Unreal, the AvP series(which is awesome), Wolfenstein, Deus Ex(also awesome), etc. You name it, I've probably played it...but QUAKE III wears the crown for most badass straight-up FPS game. Very intense and lots of fun. And the online Capture the Flag games are highly addicting. This game is about 3 years old and I'm still waiting for someone to top it! DEFINATELY WORTH THE MONEY!!

Summary: Quake 3 is still the best!
Review: Quake 3's DeathMatch and CTF cannot be compared. It's got the best graphics and physics of any FPS - much better than recent games like UT2K3 and BF:1942. If you want extremely intense action with superb physics and perfectly balanced weapons, Quake 3 is for you. It has tons of mods, tons of servers, and a huge community. It's easily the best first person shooter in the history of gaming and still remains the king.

Read the FiringSquad review - which covers the game best - in summary:

"So what does Quake 3 give you? It's quite simple: the utter refinement of deathmatch, and the ultimate multiplayer shooter experience - nothing more, nothing less. " -- Dennis "Thresh" Fong

Summary: A Must For Quake and FPS Fans
Review: The Quake 3 bundle is great for all those FPS fans out there. It comes with Quake 3 and Quake 3: Team Arena. Both have stunning graphics and can be updated with new maps downloaded from the internet. Multiplayer is great for all you 56K users because lag doesn't seem to exist. Effects are great and can keep you hooked for hours. This is overall one of the best FPS games out there.

Summary: My favorite game
Review: This game is amazing. Having played this game for over 2 years I'm still not bored of it. There are 100's of different modifications for it you can download that will keep you coming back for more. Modifications you can play with Q3 are things like Rocket Arena 3, Instagib, and Urban Terror. Theres even trick jumping mods. The gameplay is perfect and the graphics are amazing. Even with all the newer games I play I still find myself going back to Quake 3.

Summary: Long Live The Violence
Review: This game is something between Aliens vs Predator2 (graphics) and Unreal Tournament (Dynamics of game). Quake is really very unusual FPS. It has very nice Gothic atmosphere and at the same time futuristic equipment. Worth any money!
