Summary: I love it!
Review: I got Backyard Football right before Christmas of 2002. Over Chritmas break I played it constantly. My parents couldn't pull me away. I even ate meals while I played it! It's a really fun game. I also have Backyard Basketball witch I would give four and a half stars.

Summary: Not good on my system
Review: I have a Pentium 200 MHz, with 64 MB RAM, and a 4X Speed CD-ROM. This meets the minimum system requirments to play the game. The play was extremely slow and choppy. I'm no computer expert but if you buy this game, I hope you have a faster system than I do. Otherwise you will probably be extremely unhappy as I was.

Summary: Cool game
Review: I have always love the backyard series. Especially football these games are for all ages. At least thats what I think. The backyard series gave me insperation to do my own games. Even though I am still 11 years old I like to program games.
I think that its cool that you can pick players from real football to put on your team. All the backyard characters have there own personality and its really cool to talk to them. Another good thing about the series is that the games are really cheap. I think it is worth the money and you will play it for a long time with out getting bord. But if you do buy it I would suggest putting it on the hardest level so it will take longer to beat the game.

Summary: ok
Review: i have every backyard sport game on pc every made.there all the same.there to easy.in football i have scored over 100 points in 1 game.they getold to.only pros are a linebacker a defesive linemen a qb or a running back no wide resivers or cornerbacks, olny 5 people on field for one team, you have to have more.i think the people who made it should make it more real.it has wierd names for made up teams.the pigskins!?orcras!?i whish they would make it more hard, and i think they should have more things to do.like madden 2003,thats the best game i've ever played.it has lots of things do do...

Summary: Football at its Best
Review: I have not bought this game yet but I have played it at school. Me and my friends loved it. At first it might seem like a little kids game but you need strategy to play this game and that is what makes it fun. The game is perfect for anyone from a beginner like one of my friends who played the game at school to an experienced player like me. I would recomend that you get this game if you can't decide which "Backyard" game to get (and that is coming from a baseball fan).

Summary: Very good, with a few acceptions
Review: I think Backyard Football 2002 is great. The grafics are good, it is somewhat realistic and it is funny. The one problem is the characters that they put in the game. First, there aren't enough players in the game. I think it should be like Backyard Baseball 2003 where there is at least one player from each team. Another thing is there are too many pro quarterbacks and not enough pro defensive players and wide receivers. What about Charles Woodson, Jerry Rice, Keyshawn Johnson, Terrell Owens maybe (only if your desprate) Randy Moss, Derrick Brooks, Warren Sapp or Ray Lewis? My last complaint is why would you put Cade McNown? I mean, he had one lucky game and then he sucked the rest of his career. I would buy this game without question, if you don't mind a pro player shortage.

Summary: Backyard Football
Review: I'd give this game 5/5 stars because it's not hard, but it's not so easy a baby could win. It's cool because it has kid versions of NFL players. You click were you want to go and click were you want to pass. You choose from plays and if you are doing good they might give you a power up. Some power ups are the sonic boom and the leap frog. Inthe sonic boom, all of the components fall to the ground for around 5 seconds. The leap frog is were you jump 5-7 yards. This game is good because it is a fun and thrilling game. I highly recomend it.

Summary: Lots Of FUN
Review: It's a really really fun game. I got it for Christmas and have enjoyed playing it every since. I have all of the Backyard Series games and this is by far my favorite. I would recommend this strongly to all sports fans. You get to chose your own team and pick your own players. Scoring touchdowns is fun...

Summary: Fun, but I can't figure out why
Review: It's true. This is the best football game I've ever played. It beats Madden and NFL 2K and Gameday and such. It's a bunch of kids playing football. Duh. It's so good, it's indescribable. But I'll try.
Season mode is great. Pick your seven kids, and go though a season. Simple as that. That's another great thing: This game is so simple, a 3 year old who can't even remember his name could do this easily. I figured it out in a day, and, by the end of the first week after I bought it, my Seahawks had won the Super Colossal Cereal Bowl over the Ornery Armadillos, 105-0. Seriously. Okay, it gets really easy after a while, but so what?
