Summary: BEST COMPUTER BASEBALL GAME
Review: I'M 6 YEARS OLD AND I LOVE BACKYARD BASEBALL BECAUSE IT HAS ALL MY FAVORITE PLAYERS AND I CAN MAKE UP MY OWN TEAMS TOO.
THE 2003 VERSION HAS A NEW DESERT BASEBALL FIELD AND EVEN HAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLAYERS -ICHIRO! I PLAY IT SOMETIMES FOR HOURS NON-STOP. IT'S VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND PLAY. THE PICTURES ARE GREAT! AND IT'S EASY TO TEACH MY FRIENDS/RELATIVES HOW TO PLAY IT TOO! I PRINT MY TEAM PHOTO FOR EACH GAME PLAYED AND THEN I WRITE THE TEAM NAMES AND FINAL SCORE ON THE SHEET AND KEEP THEM IN A BINDER I MADE ESPECIALLY FOR MY SCORESHEETS. IT'S A GREAT GAME FOR 5 YRS OLD AND UP - EVEN MY GRANDPA PLAYS IT!

Summary: Had Hoped It Would BeAs Good As Backyard Baseball
Review: This was disappointing. After Backyard Baseball was a tremendous hit with our 4-year old. Backyard Basketball doesn't live up to the Baseball game. My son & I were both expecting another 30+ professional players that we could learn their names and statistics together. Instead, unike the Backyard Baseball, this product isn't endorsed by the NBA as significantly. It would be great if the software maker put out updates each year so that we could buy another set of players to add to the roster to pick from each year. In general, I'd highly recommend the Backyard Series of PC Games, kid's love them, and they put hours of time into learning how to use them. After getting past the initial disappointment of only learning Kevin Garnett's name, we still enjoyed this game.

Review: I am a large fan of backyard sports. This is one of my favorites!
If you want to see the backyard kids more grown up and more skilled, get this. Believe it or not, Sunny Day is older too. You can earn new places, people, and coaches! If you type in a certain name under create a player, a new kid comes out to play. HINT: Read all of the credits, you will see 6 names, one is a nickname, those are names you need. Copy them down fast! I wonder what the next game will be, but this one is great! If you get it, you will love it, I know I do.

Review: Backyard Baseball 2001 is a good game, if your not that good or a beginner, after maybe one year of practice, a score of 70 to 0 is not uncommon, even on hardest. Anyhow, the gameplay and graphincs are nice, though the "hey batter chatter" gets annoying sometimes. With considerably improved gameplay, graphics, and 30 new players all who own BB, or is a fan of Baseball, should buy this

Review: I LOVE the backyard series. I have all the games. Personally, backyard baseball is my favorite. Well, anyways, I was very excited when I heard this game was comming out, but then thought it might be too similar to backyard soccer. Well, it is kindof similar, but it is very fun. There are about 6 fields and all the famous backyard kids are back,too. So, this game is overall good, but not a whole lot different than the soccer one....I'm still waiting for a Backyard Volleyball to come out!!Oh, guess what..one more thing...all the backyard kids have aged alittle and look different.

Review: My son has had this game for about 6 mos and loves it. I am purchasing another game for my niece as a gift. She loves playing it so much at my house, that she wants her own copy of it.

We are now probably going to get Backyard Hockey., love the products.
