Summary: [Junk]!!
Review: If you own a Mac, don't bother buying Sim Theme Park. No matter if you think you have the system requirements met, it still won't work. Really. The game will almost always freeze randomly, or the sound will not sync up with the video, or you won't be able to toggle between game screens.

Seriously, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Summary: Confusing, with serious tech problems
Review: It's simple at first, and kind of fun. However, as the game progresses, the roller coasters and attractions get harder and harder to figure out. The game (even with my G4 Cube) often freezes, and even in the game itself your rides break more often than natural (if you get my drift), the people you hire to fix rides and clean up the park stop doing their jobs even when you place them DIRECTLY in front of a problem. In the full version, all the little details confuse you to the point your head will almost explode. The people in your park get more and more impossible to please. Its more frustrating than fun.

Summary: Great Game with Tech issues
Review: My daughter recently got this game & after hours we finally fiqured how to get it working. We have a Mac G4 with 128 meg RAM. After downloading a susposed patch. I learned that the monitor setting were my problem. Monitor needs to be set 800x600 & color at "thousands". This must be set manually as the software will not do it. Once we got started, she's really enjoyed. Played all day Saturday building one park area. Roller Coasters are great.

Summary: 16 year old telling about a game called sim theme park
Review: The games I have seen online have not been too great. But I think that this game looks pretty good, but I am really not sure because I haven't ever played it.

Summary: Waste of Money
Review: The packaging looks great. When you first download it it looks great. 2 days later it's about the worst game you've ever seen. The graphics stink.Compared to Roller Coaster Tycoon, it's horrible.

Summary: Wow, Your thinking about buying THIS game?
Review: This game has to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I own a 733 MHz G4, 1GB of Ram, a 500Mhz G4, 1.3 GB of Ram, a 400 MHz G4, 640 MB of Ram, and a 400 MHz IMAC, 192 MB of Ram. We called FERAL and were told that the 733 was to new it would work on the 500 and the IMAC and that the 400 Mhz G4 was to old.Out of all these machines this game will try to run on only the IMAC after you go and the patch which is not at all effective. You Crash Frequently and IT WILL NOT ALWAYS SAVE YOUR PROGRESS ( another very annoying Glitch). After Installation my machines moved very slow and I had to remove the game from my machines so that the could run properly. The game is relatively fun and the graphics are OK, BUT buy this game only if you have the required machine, you don't mind starting from the beginning, and you have the time to fix your computer. If you do any publishing this game installs WACKY fonts in you system folder. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS GAME TO ANY MAC USER.

Summary: fun game, but too many technical problems
Review: This Game is loads of fun, but only when it works. The game has had a tendacy to crash and freeze way too much. On top of that several times the data files for the game have become corrupeted and unplayable. So not only do you have to reinstall the game but you lose all of your parks. Mayby I just got a bad disk, but from the looks of the reviews there are quite a few "bad disks". Don't buy this game unless you enjoy games with too many technical problems.

Summary: Tech Issues in a Gimmicky Game
Review: This game is quite addictive. For an hour or so after you open the box. And then this game (which I ran on a G4 256 RAM) will start to quit often, and then you will have to reinstall it several times to get it to work. The rides are gimmicky, and the options are limited. Those who are interested in a fairly unsophisticated yet interesting game should purchase this. However, those without a lot of a time on their hands should look elsewhere, as you will spend as much time fixing it as you will playing. Also, those who are interested in a more difficult game with more options should look at another game-for some people this game is great, but for others it really lacks a lot of features, like designable rides that aren't roller coasters, that are often preferred by those more experienced in Sim games. However, I gave this game to a younger relative who enjoyed it greatly.
