Summary: Another GREAT game from the guys at Blizzard!
Review: Well when I first bought the game i really did not like it because i was not good at it. But....... Over time I became better and better and started to beat level by level. Before I knew it I beat the game. I am making it sound like that it is very easy and no fun but it is just the opposite of that. I have had it since the second day that it has came out and i will still sit down and play it for a while. I will also get on Battle.net (which is awesome becasue you play over the net and get ranked) and play for hours there with my freinds. The expansion makes the game a little better but the real fun is in Starcraft. I would recomend this game to any person who likes to just play on the computer. It is so fun and you will be playing it years from now. Thanks

Summary: A masterpiece of a game
Review: I first bought this game expecting it to be a lot like 'orcs in space'. I was sorely mistaken. While the graphics are not true 3-d, the game experience is awesome. The one thing that bothered me with a lot of RTS games before this came out were the similarity between sides. With this game it was different. The Terrans were the easiest to get into because of the similarities with the humans on Warcraft II. The Zerg and Protoss were different though. The Zerg reminded me a lot of the Aliens in Aliens. The Zerg are feral creatures that can produce massive numbers in mere seconds. The Protoss on the otherhand are a lot like the Predator race. They are technologically superior to both the Zerg and Terrans, and a group of 10 Protoss Zealots can quickly level a massive brood of Zerglings or a large armada of Marines and Firebats. That is what I liked about this game. The balance between each of the races, something many RTS games did not have before this game. Not only that, the story was very deep and involving, although some of the missions were a little difficult. All in all though, this game is well worth your time and effort to play, so I do suggest you buy it if you haven't already.

Summary: Absolutely Awesome Game! A Must Buy!
Review: This Game is so great. It has awesome gameplay and an awesome story! It's Graphics are very good and the Sound Quality is pretty good. This game is very addictive and takes a lot of Skill. Any Roleplaying fan will love it. You can CHoose from Three different races. Zerg, Protoss, and Terran. Each one has it's own storyline against each other, And brutal fights for survival.This game was worth everything I paid.

Review: One of the game I really waited for, Starcraft was just asgood, and better than Warcraft before it.. . . I practically onlyplay inline game and probably wouldn't have gotten so deeply involved if I couldn't compete against real people. The campaigns they included were amazing too! Usually I just play real time strategy campaigns to get the gist of the gameplay, but the story they threw in was so compelling, I wanted to get to the very end to find out what happens to the main characters. Alas, I gave up trying to finish the second last battle (something that always seems to happen to me with Blizzard games). My fun didn't stop there though. Online options are unlimited. I have played and played, ad heck, I still play a bit online. All Blizzard games have been well worth my money!

Summary: Very engaging, but frustrating
Review: I can't say that I didn't get my money's worth out of Starcraft, because I've wasted several weeks of my life glued to the computer, playing it. It's relatively easy to play, and a lot of fun learning the ins and outs of the three different species. Actually, it can be deceptively addictive. The unfortunate part is that the program running the game makes the troops you command, regardless of the race, extremely foolish and accident prone. A lot of their behaviour defies explanation - just when you've ordered all of your troops to hold position, your aircraft will fly into enemy air defenses, ground troops will scatter, and when you're in an enemy base, half your troops will be attacking buildings instead of shooting back at the enemy. It would be a great game if you didn't have to constantly micromanage every single unit you have. As it is, it is a very good game. I'd recommend it, but I would advise players to save the game frequently, because it's annoying to have your careful strategy ruined by limitations of the gaming engine.

Summary: Best strategy game ever made!
Review: Ok, I'm biased. I've played the whole series: Warcraft, Warcraft II, Starcraft, SC Brood War, and SC Insurrection. I hate to admit it, but I've played Starcraft through 8 times. Yes, 8 times! That's 240 missions of Starcraft. Let me put it this way: Starcraft is so good, that any other game I've played before or since, pales in comparison. And I've played a hundred others. If you ever want to enjoy other games, don't buy this one. It sets such a high standard of involvement and excitement, that nothing else comes close. The introductory video alone is absolutely awesome! The trouble is, I haven't been able to really enjoy any other game since. And I won't until Starcraft 2 (if there ever is such a game) comes out.

Review: This is surely one of the best games ever. If it was not for the repetivness I would of give it 5 stars. The strategies you have to make are all different but most look like defend youself and after kill everything. This is not very intersting and after a whil you become quite bored. This game would of been a masterpiece if it wasn`t for the repetivness. Its still a super great game!

Summary: The Greatest Stratagy Game Ever!
Review: This game is utterly unbelivable. It has everything. It is ina word: great. Why is this better then Warcraft 2? For one realreason. Because as apposed to Warcraft 2 where there were two different races who had the same abilities there are THREE races who ALL have different abilities and somehow they are SO evenly matched! As for the rest of the game it's graphics are finaminal. The variety of units and structures is awsomely big. The gameplay is smooth and efficient. The 1-player game has great role plaing elements to it that are totally unneeded but still very good. But more then that the battles and situations they set you up with are great.The online version is great and competetive and also incredibly easy to use! Trust me, adults and kids alike, BUY THIS GAME! END
