Review: this is a wonderful game to have. you can build your own zoo. if you want to work at a zoo when you grow up this is a great game to have. you can also just have it for fun. this game showes you and tells you what animal likes what. some animals are zebras, elephants, flamingos, geraffs, polar bears, lions, tigers and so on. if you like animals, computer games and building this is a perfect game for you. i suggest that all of you out there go and buy this game.

Review: I love Rollercoaster tycoon, its exciting and fast action. Zoo tycoon is so slow and scenerios are so short you have no fun trying to beat the scenerio. i just find it a waste of time and money

Review: If your not carefull you will loose track of time playing this wonderful game! its fun, to build and also kinda fun to stick diffrent animals with others and see what happens, no blood and gust, just a cloud of smoke and stars, (like an old looney tune cartoon)

Review: Dinosaur Digs is the greatest!! better than the first!! but the only drawback is that its really super hard to get the Dinosaurs happy and if their not happy then obviously you all know that guests wont like that exhibit and if they dont like that exhibit then they dont like your park and if they dont like your park then they wont wanna be there and so on and so forth!!

Summary: WOW! What a blast!!
Review: I have always been intrigued by the "Tycoon" computer games - this is my first to purchase. Let me tell you - what a blast! The instructions are simple and clear; the graphics are fantastic; the selection of animals and objects to be placed in the zoo grow as you are creating the zoo - lots to choose from! I played this game with my kids, ages 10 & 5 - they really enjoyed it. Once you get your zoo up and running, the game provides messages regarding the status of animals and guests - the kids really get into it, yelling "Mom! The chimpanzees aren't happy!" - Lots of fun. I would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Wow! What a way to upgrade your zoo!
Review: The day this expansion CD caught my eye, I had to buy it, being the Jurassic Park fan that I am, and no doubt I'm glad that I did. If you have Zoo Tycoon, I suggest you get it too, even if your a dinosaur fan or not. Because it has a host of new features that will improve your zoo building capabilities. A big plus is being able to "hide" the park buildings, plants or guests to see what's behind them. Without having to rotate your view so much.
Also having dinosaur exhibits makes the game a 100% MORE EXCITING!

Review: This game is an extremely fun an addictive sim, yet doesn't contain any content that may seem offensive or innappropriate for anyone. It contains educational material, such as information about the animals you are buying and adopting, as well as financial education, with the monitoring of the income of your zoo. It is very realistic, with how many options it has. You may adopt just about the same range of different animals that a real zoo may, and the exhibits can look like almost anything. All in all, this game is perfect for anyone who loves sims, or realistic gaming experiences. It is purley strategy and will require strategic inteligence, as well as a love for this kind of game.

Summary: The Good & The Bad
Review: This is one of those games that hooks you for the first few days. You know the kind? You spend countless hours playing it and working hard to master it, only to find that you stop playing it a week later and never play it again? This is one of those. It was very entertaining going through the various scenarios. You have to go through all of the easier ones to unlock the harder ones. The easy ones were VERY easy, but then I got to one that almost seemed impossible. I ended up getting cheat codes hoping to get past that scenario and move on... But once you get the cheat codes it ruins the game.
Bottom line, if you value your dollars, I wouldn't buy this game. You may like it in the beginning and play it alot the first week, but in the end, you'll put this game on a shelf and never touch it again.

Summary: Rollercoaster Tycoon fans will love this.
Review: Microsoft finally did something right! Zoo Tycoon is quite a good game. It's a lot like Rollercoaster Tycoon. There are various scenarios where you must build a zoo and ensure that you've a certain number of exhibts, get a certain number of guests, etc. There's also a freeform mode that's quite fun. I bought this as a bundle with Monopoly Tycoon, and this is most certainly the better of the two.
The one thing that I didn't like is that the interface is a bit slow at times, and it can be a bit confusing. Overall, for the fans of Rollercoaster tycoon, and like games (Sim City, etc.), would like this game.

Summary: Awesome
Review: This game is really addicting. You have all sorts of new foliage, shops, buildings, and other scenery that is all related to dinosaurs. There are also 2 new staff members, scientists who take care of dinosaurs, (scientists can only take care of dinosaurs and zoo keepers can only take care of animals) and the DRT (Dinosaur Recovery Team) in case a dino escapes.
The game is also kinda funny. One time my T-rex escaped and it crushed a bathroom and there was a guy sitting there on the tiolet like in Jurassic Park.

-dinosaurs make game interesting and really addictive
-guests aren't idiots who get lost if they walk off the path
-very entertaining when dinosaurs escape Cons:
-to turn animals and dinosaurs "snap" instead of a smooth turn
-maintence workers sometimes are dumb Overall this game is a whole lot of fun and if you ever wanted to make your own Jurassic Park then your wish has been granted! O, and watch out if your adult T-rex escapes or it'll eat guests and staff members!
