Summary: again, simple, but loved by my son
Review: This allows my son to smash things or blow em up, build things, and make pictures. OK, relatively mindless, but he loves it and can interact instead of passing watching the TV.

Recommended with these limitations in mind. It is a good deal in this day and age when taking your kids to the movies can bust the budget.

Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM!
Review: This has to be the worse program I have EVER seen for a child! The construction vehicles control is TERRIBLE! I have never seen my son so upset with a game in all my life! I am a computer programmer and I have purchased many games for my children (50+). In this game it seems that they somehow make the vehicles into a mouse icon. It is almost impossible to line them up to preform the action necessary (pick up a rock, whatever). I have a hard time myself. It has made my child HATE using the computer, because it's so frustrating! I finally got him to go back to the computer with some Living Books games (excellent). I had forgot about the stupid Fisher-Price game - then he found it and again tried to play it. Again he got extremely frustrated, I mean he was in tears. This is true of almost ALL Fisher Price games. And of course the technical assistance is worthless.

I do not work for Living Books or any other children's games manufacturer. Please, Please, for the sake of your children. Do Not Buy this game! Go look at some Living Books games, or Humongous Entertainment games.

Summary: A good title ruined by unreliable software and lack of testi
Review: This would be a great game, but on the Mac it freezes up the whole machine after one or two minutes of play, and on the PC it loses sound intermittently. Also some of the activities evidently have not been properly play tested - e.g. the crane game requires far too much precision for a young child, otherwise it would be a great fine motor activity...
