Review: I love Backyard Baseball, I can pick all the pros I like featuring, "Derek Jeter", "Kenny Lofton", "Ken Griffey Jr.",
"Nomar Garciaparra", and so much more. When I create a kid, my
kid's name is Dizzy Lamb, who I like to add to my baseball team.
His nickname is "Dizzy" and his birthdate is 5/28/1991. His batting average is 9, his running average is 10, his pitching average is 2, and his fielding average is 4. His face is light,
and his hair is black. That's the story of Dizzy Lamb. I also
like some of the backyard kids which features, "Pablo Sanchez",
"Achmed Khan", "Vicki Kawaguchi", and so much more.
In all, my favorite team in the game is Oakland A's. I like every
level exept for Sandy Flats, and Dirt Fields which those are two
hard fields to play. This game is great!!

Review: I originally bought this game for my 6 year old daughter and found myself hogging the computer. It's fun to play the season games and make your own names and pick your own players. This game is not only fun for children but also a blast for adults to!

Review: I think that Backyard Baseball 2001 is the best baseball game for kids. It has really cool graphics and sound. I also think that this game is cool because it gives you three choices to play 1. single game 2. season games 3. internet games. It also gives you choices on how hard or easy you want the computer to play against you. For single games your choices are 1. teeball 2. easy 3.meduim 4.hard. For season games your choices are 1. easy 2. meduim 3. hard. One more good thing about this CD is that it has some of the best baseball players including made up players and one player that you can make! Buy this CD!!

Summary: Backyard Baseball is Cool!!!!!
Review: I think that Backyard Baseball is cool because it works on Macintosh and not many sports games work on Macs. I like how they made pro players into kids. I also like being able to make my own players and coaches. On my first season I won the Backyard World Series. I liked the Super Collassal Dome and Big City Stadium - that's where they had the playoffs. My favorite player is Pablo Sanchez. He is probably the best backyard player. I also like that you can make your own team and team colors. This is the funnest baseball gane on earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I think this is a very great game I like how the Pro baseball players are in the game as little kids. I also like how you chose how powerful the hit is.

Summary: A complete money waster
Review: I thought this game was okay when I first got it, but it just got boring after only a few weeks. Although I like sports games, this got boring way to fast. The pitchers would throw way to slow and then they give you a special throw that is almost impossible to hit. Also if you care for graphics much, don't buy this game. If you love baseball, try Triple Play 98 or 99.

Summary: Backyard Baseball not just for kids 5-12
Review: I work at a computer store where we sell and repair computers. One benifit of my job is while I'm repairing a computer I can play the games on the customer's system. Last week a system came in claiming it had no sound. The sound worked fine so I called the customer and she added it had no sound in a game she recently installed called Backyard Baseball 2001. even though we do not support software or games I went back to her PC and entered into the game to find out that the sound did indeed work. I called her back to explain her PC was fine and ready for pickup. Since my area was slow that day plus the boss was on vacation I sat down and "tested" the game. I was instantly absorbed in the game. The game looks great the gameplay is simple and well paced and above all Backyard Baseball 2001 is fun. After playing the game for a while I logged on..and ordered the game myself.The only flaw I can see is the box it states "for kids 5-12" I am 26 my co-workers range from 28 to 53 and we all loved the game. When the dreaded time came and the customer wanted her PC back I personally took it to her and admitted I was addicted to Backyard Baseball 2001.

Review: I'm a big fan of baseball, and you might be, too. If you are, you should buy this computer/video game. It's got most every great player, from new sensations, like Nomar, A-Rod, and Big Mac, to golden oldies, like Cal Ripken, Junior, Tony Gwynn, and Barry Bonds. There are also made-up players that are great at fielding/hitting, like Pablo Sanchez, Achmed Kahn, and Ernie Steele. You can also make your own player. One note before I go, Frank Thomas is awesome at pitching! My advice: buy it. Buy it and enjoy it.
