He presents activities such as Eeyore's house hunt--help Owl to find a new home; Heffalumps and Woozles--match the characters in Pooh's dreams; and Fly a Piglet--prevent Pooh and Piglet from running into trees and stumps. You may also choose to read the interactive book of Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day, which introduces different activities as you read the story along with the characters. The gamelike portion is similar to the interactive book, but with better directions. Follow the story and play with Roo, Tigger, and other favorite characters. With each story, the highlighted words (reminiscent of follow the bouncing ball) encourages your child to read aloud and recognize words as they do. The activities are amusing and, with the different levels of difficulty, mean the software's appeal will last longer than just one rainy day.
