Consultant is a full-featured personal information manager (PIM) that integrates time, contact, and communication management seamlessly in a multi-user package. In addition to PalmPilot synchronization, Consultant 2.5 adds many new features, such as Consultant Now, which lets users assign unlimited categories to appointments, to-dos, contacts, and memos. Users may now define hierarchical categories in which categories may have nested sub-categories. Additionally, three new variations to the weekly, monthly, and annually repeating types have been added for even greater scheduling flexibility. Consultant is quick and intuitive because it combines time, contact, and communication management into a single integrated application with incredible ease of use. The built-in word processor, English translation tool (type in "Call Albert tomorrow at 9," and Consultant will schedule the activity and automatically link Albert's contact record to the new activity), and Internet integration round out the list of powerful features.
