Review: I had trouble with downloading PhotoExpress 4.0. In the middle of the download the computer froze and locked up. It would not shut down with the Control-Alt-Delete method. I had to pull the power and reboot in order to start up my computer. I hope others do not have this problem...

Review: I have attempted to use this program. The instructions are not well written (when you can find instructions). It has a feature to "share photos online", but the site is not working. I have not seen a way to "create a photo collage", as stated in the amazon review. Should have saved my [money], but live and learn.

Review: I sell a lot of antiques and collectibles on-line and so I use a photo editor a great deal. I find Adobe products too cumbersome, and the new Microsoft product also has too many whistles and bells for my taste. I much prefer the old basic Microsoft Photo Editor, which can't be found today. So I stumbled onto this download product on Amazon and figured "What the Heck," you can't go wrong at this price. Lo and behold, it's a dream. It does everything - crop, collage, change sizes, improve the image, various borders, etc. And saves in a variety of formats, including and especially JPEG. My pics look great on-line and my editing speed has been reduced exponentially over what it was when I used Adobe. So go for it. The only downside: It took a couple of hours to install over 56K modem.
