Summary: Very useful and easy to learn
Review: I had never used any CAD program before, but I was able to pick this one up in just two or three days. I have found the 3D mode very intuitive to use, and have had no real problems with it. One annoyance is that you have to keep refreshing whenever you delete something---otherwise, objects that were obscured by the deleted object are not redrawn. However, this is a minor problem, and might even be beneficial if you have a slow computer. I cannot compare this program to any other, since it is the only one I have used. But, so far it has been easy to do whatever I need. I would recommend this program based on its low price, flexibility, and ease of use.

Summary: non intuitive and confusing
Review: The program is powerful, but the interface is very confusing. I've been struggling with it all day now, and i still can't get it to behave predictably. Figuring out where drawing elements are going to end up (in 3D mode) is very, very tricky. I've been through the tutorials, but i'm still deeply in trial and error mode. Frustrating.

You have to keep telling it to redraw the images, otherwise you wind up with leftovers on the drawing surface.

BTW, i've been a professional software developer for almost 20 years (DOS, UNIX, Windows, Pocket PC) and i'm an electrical engineer -- not a novice at this stuff!

Summary: many uses
Review: the software was very useful and gave me ease in using it and creating many different drawings and sketches.
