Summary: Good, but better Encarta Reference Library
Review: ENCARTA DELUXE is good, but it is better to buy Encarta Reference Library, because it has more text, more multimedia and more features (Atlas and so on). I have reviewed it if you want extra information. The PC system requirements are about the same.
