Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Triazzle
Review: Once you do all the puzzles, they're no fun anymore. They all have bugs and frogs. There are no penguins or anything like the real puzzles. it is fun the first time around but the real thing is better.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Triazzle, One of the Best
Review: Triazzle provides years of entertainment value at many levels: preschool through university. You can select exotic butterflies, endangered Amazon frogs, or bugs, all of which mimic the real thing in appearance and motion. Once you place a puzzle piece that works, the animals you have assembled come alive. It may rain, native music plays in the background (or not, the choice is yours), and once the whole puzzle is assembled, the creatures hop, fly, or crawl away into the rainforest. You have a choice of backgrounds, shapes, number of pieces, and difficulty. The combinations seem infinite. I have a graduate degree and find the game relaxing and entertaining. My daughter began playing the simpler puzzles at four years old, and it not only teaches and entertains her, but has led her to take an interest in Amazon issues. She became so intrigued with the frogs that she looked them up in her encyclopedia and learned about their habits and names, then asked us to purchase plastic replicas of endangered species to add to her animal collection.

Triazzle tests your ability to recognize relationships between objects, detail, similarities and differences, directionality (since pieces can be rotated to fit), and to do long range planning. If you are really stuck, you can ask for clues: however, anyone who gets into the habit of relying on clues, may find the puzzles too easy; if you avoid clues and use the timer, you will definitely find these puzzles entertaining and challenging, certainly worth the low price.
