Summary: A Great Game for People of All Ages
Review: I started playing this game two months ago and it instanly pulled me in. This was the first Nacny Drew mystery that I played with. Although I don't read the books, the game was defenitly fun. I spent one whole day on the computer and my brother had to drag me away, I was only half way through. You have to look for clues in a mansion and talk to different characters, but you have to choose the right thing to say or they won't tell you anything. You also have to solve puzzles, which got me stuck and I had to spent two hours trying to figure it out. Once I solve the puzzle it was worth it because it provided me with more clues. The graphics are good, I even got lost trying to find my way to the stairs. The music is kind of creepy and if you're not expecting it, it will spook you. All in all this game was fun and I'm going to buy the first two Nacny Drew games. The only problem was that the game was too short and not a lot of characters. Once you finish the game and start again, it will only take you a few hours. But still, this was a fun game. And if you ever get stuck you can go to ... to guide you through the game.

Summary: NANCY DREW: MESSAGE IN A HAUNTED MANSION
Review: This game is a lot of fun. When I was little I enjoyed reading the Nancy Drew books and this game is just as exciting as the books. The graphics are great. I love the conversations that you have with all the other characters. I am going to order the other two Nancy Drew games, I hope they are as good as this one. Hope they come up with more.

Summary: Loved it
Review: I'm 53 and my daughter is 27. We absolutely loved playing this game together. We couldn't wait to visit each other to continue playing the game. We played the other two Nancy Drew games also and enjoyed them too. But this one was by far the best. We played the senior level in all three games. This last game had better puzzles than the last. More intrigue. The graphics are wonderful. We hated to finish it. We're looking forward to the next mystery. Hope it comes out soon!!

Summary: Nancy Drew Message
Review: Started this one without a walkthrough. When I finally found one, I restarted the game. It is a time based game, so certain things happen or are available at certain times. Good graphics and audio. I enjoyed it and am looking forward to Stay Tuned for Danger.

Summary: Incredible!
Review: I just got this game for Christmas, and already I am practically at the end! This mind- boggling game has many twists and turns, 3-D graphics, and you can even pick up items along the way in order to solve some parts of the mystery! You can talk to people inside the house, explore their "territory" when they are not home, and even call people up on the telephone! Everyone is a suspect. There a quite a few puzzles to figure out, and lots of things to find! The second chace icon also lets you start where you left off if you make a mistake! I almost solved this mystery, but there are a few things I think I haven't covered yet. This is a great game for all ages!

Summary: An adult review
Review: I am a 32 year old mom of a toddler, and bought this game for ME. I've always been a fan of Nancy Drew, and I must say, that even tho this is intended for ages 10 and up, I found this challenging (at the JR. detective level), and I have a college degree! I just finished this and it was GREAT fun. You can check out the mfgr.'s website for tips if you get stuck. The graphics were excellent, and it provided a good challenge. It was a lot of fun and I can't wait for a new one to come out.

Summary: Enjoyed Nancy Drew at 7, still enjoying her at 57!
Review: Thought "Message in a Haunted Mansion" would be a wonderful gift for my 8 year old grand-daughter. However, when she wasn't around I started playing the senior level and became addicted in the first 10 minutes. The graphics are a delight, the plot intriging and the hints and clues picked up much harder to put together then I anticipated. I haven't enjoyed any role playing game this much since the earlier Kings Quest (when you could still get through them without having to buy a hint book). Oh, and the last visit by my grand-daughter meant hours of fun as we played the game together. So, here I've evolved from reading Nancy Drew books as a youngster to playing Nancy Drew games as a grandmother. Who would have seen that one coming? Now, I'm off to purchase the first two Nancy Drew computer games! What a kick!

Summary: 32 year old mom (bought it for ME)
Review: Ok, I'm 32, have a small child of my own, and bought this for me. I've always liked Nancy Drew, and always had fantasies of being this sort of detective (like Charlie's Angels, which, uh, I still have dreams at night about)....anyway, this is a totally fun game...I find myself hooked on this and have a hard time putting it away....which my poor daughter can attest to! The reviews stated it took a long time to install, but I seem to remember it taking no longer than any other I have, only a few minutes...I have started with being a Jr. Detective, and I find it quite challenging, and I am a college degreed woman! I've already used the "second chance" feature as I continue to learn how to "be a better sleuth"...I highly recommend it, and am going to purchase the other two games, although from what I understand they do not have some of the latest features in them that this one does. Looking forward to (hopefully) the next one!
