Review: Direct X 9 may be asking for routines that are not present in driver software for the older cards (16 and 32 MB). Try going to either nvidias or ATIs sites to download updated drivers for your cards. This is actually common practice for game fans, but is probably quite a suprise for a more casual audience.

According to Debbie Galdin, a spokeswoman for Mattel Interactive, DSSAgent is part of a service that Mattel calls "Brodcast." Says Galdin: "Brodcast is designed to provide additional content for our more up-to-date products. The program does not send personal information to Mattel and does nothing to identify a particular user."
Maybe Mattel knows something about rapidly advancing phonics theories that I don't, but I can't imagine what kind of "up-to-date" content the company wants to rush out to all the 5-year-olds using "learn to read" software. Actually, the only sort of up-to-date information I'd bet Mattel is really interested in offering would come in the form of advertisements for its own just-released products."

Review: I bought this as Christmas present for my daughter. The game works fine. Its a Dell system with an ATI Radeon 128MB video card,Direct X 9. I think the key here is the video card, I would suggest running this on nothing less the 128mb card No problems as of yet

Review: I really want to be a fashion designer when I grow up so this is the perfect game for me! It's my favorite computer game and I could play it all day although my mom won't let me. I love how you can design your own clothes and build your own runway. Whoever made this game is my hero. If you love to create, this game is for you.

Review: I recently bought this for my daughters ages 7 and 10 and they both love it. They've even let me play and I have to admit that it is pretty cool. The girls and I are very happy with it, my only problem is that they both want to play it all the time.

Review: My 10 year old received this for Christmas this year and absolutely loves it! Its very simple to work and tons of fun. I even enjoy designing the clothes myself. You also get to pick the models, the stage, the stage decorations, the lighting, the music, and you even choose the poses for the models. Your daughter will have hours and hours of fun with this one!

Summary: Having problems running game
Review: My daughter received this present from Santa and we cannot get it to work on either of our computers. One computer runs off of Windows XP and the other Windows 98. In calling the tech. support from Vivendi, they mentioned that they never tested this game on laptop computers. I tried this on my desk top and it still didn't work! Would love to know what kind of computers people have that this game actually works!
