Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A completely engaging read!
Review: Hilary Norman has an excellent command of the English language and an excellent command of what will keep a reader turning the page. In this psychological thriller, we may 'know' much of what is going on, but that is quite irrelevant. It is our horror at what unfolds that keeps us glued to each word. Michael, falls in love with a widow on vacation, and appears to be greeted warmly into the family by her three teenage daughters. Not so much. It reveals nothing of the plot to say that these daughters are more like the spawn of Satan than the average teenager, and it goes from bad to worse. I highly reccomend this book and look forward to trying other Hillary Norman fare.
