Summary: Temptation
Review: This is the first time I had the pleasure to read a christian fiction. I was unable to put it down until I completely finished it. I missed work on Monday to stay home and finish the book. I applaud Mrs. Murray for the beautiful way in which she portrayed the characters with real life situations and how God can bring peace in the mist of the strom, and how important it is to live our lives with God each day. Thank you Mrs. Murray. How soon will the next book be out? I can hardly wait.

Review: This writer is gifted and very inspirational in her writing. The new wave is christian writers and this author has what it takes. This book is a must read about family, friendship, relationships about marriage, singleness and divorce. I love the intimate time with God with each character. This book has a story that tells it all and guess what it is spirit lead and God answered. Pick up this book now and you will be blessed

Summary: I need more STARS!!!
Review: What a refreshing piece of fiction! I literally could not put this fast paced novel down. As a Christian, my spirit rejoiced as I knew others would read this and make decisions that would affect their eternity. I so look forward to Ms Murray's next work! Kudos to Warner for stepping up to the plate and taking a chance on African American work that is not about the sistah gurl, hoodlum, round the way types! The African Americans characters could be my friends- living in my neighborhood. These were people I truly identified as my contemporaries. I give this one 10 STARS!!!

Summary: PRAISE THE LORD!
Review: Awesome really couldn't describe this book. Jefferson and Ky were successful and in love. They had been married for over 16 years and had one child. Ky loved and trusted Jefferson to no end. But, we have to be very careful with the friends we have around our husbands. Ky's friend Jasmine was a desperate woman. She was always desregarding the Lord. She thought she had been done wrong and that Ky always got everything. She decides she wantes what Ky has and that's Jefferson. I was really blessed by Jefferson and Ky. Ky was a woman of strength. Even when it looked like there was no hope, she came shining through. Jefferson was lead to the Lord by his wife, then girlfriend. He was depending on God and prayed to him for strength and assistance in his situation. God definitely gets the glory in this novel. Victoria did a wonderful job with this book. I know this is the changed version of this book. I am so grateful, I had the opportunity to read it and recommend it to many people I know that would be blessed by it. You really have to put on the whole armour of God to withstand the things the devil puts in our way. If I could have rated it a 10+ I would. It was defintely the bomb!

Review: What can I say. This was a page turner. I absolutely loved this story and all the characters. Since reading the book, I am more realistic about my expectations regarding my marriage. Also, Victoria is a wonderful person and writes from the heart. I can't wait to see what will come next.

You will not be able to put this book down and when you are finished you will want more. When can we expect the next chapter in the lives of Kyla, Jefferson, Alexis, Brian, and Jasmine? .

Summary: Can't Put It Down
Review: I was recommended this book by my sister in Christ, Wilma Wilkerson, and I loved it. I finished the book in three days, and when I had finished it I wish I hadn't read it so fast. I could not put this book down. Everywhere I went the book was with me. Every chance I got to read it, if it was nothing but a paragraph, I had to read it. I found myself reading at stop signs, traffic lights, and while waiting in the drive-thru at eating places. The book really hit close to home, and made me examine myself in regards to my faith and trust in GOD. If put in the same situation, would I be able to let go and let GOD? Once again, it was a wonderful book!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: This book was a temptation that I could not resist. Victoria Christopher Murray's novel is truly "walk worthy" as her publishing company indicates. This book is so phenomenal that it moved me to aggressively seek the section under which I could formally share my praises. I read both fiction and non-fiction daily, but this it the first "Christian" book that I have read and it was spiritually and emotionally refreshing. It was entertaining and insightful all at the same time. As a newlywed who has a union that will stand the test of time, I was encouraged by the love and strength of Kyla and Jefferson's union and held my breath as there union was tested. I laughed, cried and shouted through this book and I know you will too. Pick it up, this is one temptation that you should give in to.
