Rating: Summary: Forgiveness Doesn't Come Easy to Man Review: We're human and not God. It takes sincere prayer and the love of God to forgive. Cheating on your spouse is truly difficult to forgive. Look at it like this: In this day and time, one could contract AIDS or another STD. And if this happens, it seems virtually impossible to forgive your spouse. All it takes is one time to be unfaithful. This was a well written story on forgiveness. It was an enjoyable read and I recommend it for your reading pleasure.
Rating: Summary: Excellent Review: Beautifully written novel. Gives you an insight on how to handle betrayal in a different light. Since I experienced a similiar situation I know how it felt to be in the main character Kyla's shoes and what a inspiration this book was to me! I had held on to the garbage of the past to long and this book helped me dump it so that me and my fiancee could move on with our lives and have a meaningful relationship. I loaned this book to my mother who loved it also and has loaned it to some of her coworkers. I hope to read more great book from this writer in the future. keep up the good work.
Rating: Summary: good BOOK Review: WELL I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I ENJOYED THIS BOOK. THIS WAS THE FIRST BOOK I READ WITHOUT ANY PROFANITY AND SEX IN A LONG TIME AND I LOVED IT,I JUST DONT THINK I COULD OF DEALT WITH IT THE WAY KYLA DID, I WOULD OF HAD TO KICK JASMINES BEHIND.I GAVE THIS BOOK FOUR STARS BECAUSE IT LEFT SO MUCH OUT TO ME,BUT HEY THATS MY OPINION. BUT ITS WAS A GREAT BOOK TO READ.
Rating: Summary: A Gotta Have!!!!! Review: This book is wonderful, its a must read for all Christian who have an unsaved best friend. You will not want to put this book down untill the end. Its very inspiring and lets us know that Chriatians marriages are not expemt from problems that plague other marriages such as adultery, but what sets us apart is our faith and trust in Jesus Christ. Read and find out if Kyla and Jefferson are able to trust God in all their trials.
Rating: Summary: A Wonderful Quick Read Review: This book was very enlightening. Showing us just how we must depend on our Lord and Savior in times of unforseen trouble. We must listen to God at all time. He speaks to us in different ways and sometimes we don't hear his voice, just as Kyla's friend Alexis carried the warning of trouble that the enemy was brewing. This book showed we cannot give up and must depend on our Creator to show us the way. In a marriage it proved that "in sickness and in heath, til death us do part" are not just vows but promises to God and to our partner for life, "let NO MAN or WOMAN" come between husband and wife. I just loved this book, the scriptures were excellent references. Very theraputic!
Rating: Summary: Real Life Christians Review: This book was excellent it was real. Just because this couple was saved did not mean that major issues would not come their way and try to knock them down. In real life many christians try to pretend that this could never happen to them because God would not allow it. But in reality saved or not trials and tribulations will come because we are human but if you are saved God can see you through easier. Well thought out book.
Rating: Summary: A excellent read Review: This is most definitely one of the best books I've read. It grabs your attention at the very beginning and holds it through the book. It causes you to take a look at your own life. It's a recommended read for married couples and singles alike.
Rating: Summary: This Book Deserves Another Title Review: This christian romance book should be titled "Beloved, Forgive My Trespass." It was more about FORGIVENESS than it was temptation. It should NEVER be difficult for a "SAINT" to forgive because forgiveness is instant (just look at how instantly Jesus forgave without further ponderance). However, forgiveness can be difficult if you are a Christian and have not reached sainthood. The storyline was common, yet lovly, although outrageously redundant and took the entire book to reach resolution of something that had taken place in a timeframe of no more than four weeks, aside the reminising of how the two main characters met. With all of the christianity surrounding the villan, Jasmine, why couldn't she be reached? I mean, the girl was flooded with Christian people in her life. Obviously, this book was not written to reach her kind (the lost). It was written to reach and comfort Christians who have been hurt by infidelity and deceit. Listen Up All Ye Christians: NOW LET US MOVE ON TO PERFECTION.
Rating: Summary: Excellent! Review: This book forces you to really think about how to handle life's curveballs in a Saved manner; a true testiment of "What Would Jesus Do". Temptation offers the reader's a spiritual challenge and Godly resolution. It's a definite must-read!
Rating: Summary: The Love of God Review: I have read christian fiction before but I must admit that Mrs. Murray has put a new spin on things. I absolutely loved this book and I could not put it down. I could feel Kyla's pain. I could also feel the love that was shared between Kyla and Jefferson. I went out and purchased Joy as soon as I finished Temptation. I suggest these books to everyone, christian or other wise. May God continue to bless Mrs. Murray.
