Summary: Wow.
Review: I really couldn't put this book down. It's amazing. I started reading at 11:30 last night and didn't sleep until I finished the entire book--sometime around 3:30 am. I cried several times... real tears. And when I closed it I prayed for the kind of love shown by this family.

Summary: Couldn't put this one down!
Review: I first discovered Kristin Hannah last year when I read "On Mystic Lake," and enjoyed every page. So I was really excited to get "Angel Falls," already knowing what an incredible writer Hannah is. I began reading "Angel Falls" last night around 11:30, and before I knew it, it was 3:30 and I was turning the last page! What a story!

Hannah has an incredible talent for descriptive illustration, making the reader feel as if they are right there with the characters. She also spins an incredible story, weaving her tale in and out through the entire family's perspective. Just fantastic.

So, if you're willing to give up a good night's sleep for a marvelous story, "Angel Falls" is the book for you. Thank you, Kristin Hannah, for your gift of words.

Summary: Beyond Excelent
Review: WOW! What can I say... "Angel Falls" is by far one of the best books I have read yet. The book starts with the setting and some back ground of the small town of Last Bend, then with a blink of an eye the book moved into high gear never giving you time to think about putting the book down. A little boy sees his mom plundge to the ground off her horse and learns to let his faith and love of his family bring his mommy back. A father learns that love and love alone can get a family through any trouble you could face, and that honesty really is the best policy. A girl growing into a young adult, gets caught up in a whirl wind of what her life really is, and whom she really is. And a mom learns the differnce between love and obbsession, how much wasted time and energy she had put on a young womans childish dream and the reality of a grown adults true meaning of love. I cried, I laughed, I got angry... I was spun into this story that melted my heart and with all the pain that every one shared through this trauma,I wanted every single character even Jullian True to be happy.I would defiantly read this book again. It never slowed down and every detail was included not one thing was left out. Some books, once you get to the end make you feel like they rushed to end the book, and then it was all over and your left feeling like you have been asleep and you missed something ... but in Angel Falls this is not the case, the book was a 5 star up till the last word.

Summary: Excellent!
Review: A heart-warming, wonderfully written story! Very inspirational, makes one look at their own lives. Shows the power of true love and devotion. Each tape (unabridged) made me run to get the next. I know I'll listen to it over and over again. Beautiful story!

Summary: A nice, solid read
Review: I liked this book a lot, but I wanted to like it more. I thought it had a lot of unexplored potential. First, the movie star guy was so awful and two-dimensional that I couldn't figure out why the heroine EVER fell in love with him in the first place. (So I lost respect for her.) I had the same problem with the "hero" in Ms. Hannah's HOME AGAIN. He was never redeemed in my eyes and quite frankly, I didn't care if he got a heart transplant and lived or not. I also thought the conflict in this book didn't really start until Michaela woke up from the coma, then the book ended too quickly. I think the writing was very good, but the book needed more genuine sentiment and less sentimentality. I did love Dr. Liam and also loved the main message of the book which is that true love isn't the fireworks, but the glowing embers that can last a lifetime.

Summary: ANGEL FALLS
Review: This is a fantastic read. It will make you laugh and make you cry. It pulls at your heart strings. When Mikaela gets injured and goes into a coma her family all has to learn to deal with it in their own way. Its what Liam finds out and the decision he has to make that could make or break this family. I highly recommend this book.

Summary: Enjoy a TRUE LOVE STORY!
Review: What a wonderful book! After so many disappointing reads lately, what a joy to find a simple, interesting, and heartwarming novel. A story of the love of a simple man for his young wife, you will enjoy this book thoroughly. Even the minor characters are well developed. My heartiest "thank you" to Kristin Hannah. I look forward to your next endeavour.

Summary: What can I say?
Review: While looking in the library, i came across the book "Angel Falls" by Kristin Hannah. It gripped me at first with the sequence where she gets hurt because it was so suspenseful, but other than that, the story was very depressing. The character of Liam is made to be such a sweet man and yet Mikaela, no matter how much they revered her, seemed to be a mildly selfish person, especially in the case where Liam loves her bone deep but she doesn't exactly love him back in that same way. It reminded me of unrequited love. Although I may be a sucker for "happily ever after" endings I must say that it was a bit enjoying. I would advise buyers that if they are looking for a cute and cozy romance, I would recommend "A Walk to Remember" by Nicholas Sparks instead of this.

Summary: Major Disapointment
Review: After all the hype I read on some of the internet boards about this book I was really looking forward to reading it. I thought it started out fine but I really came to dislike the fact that Mikala kept such a major secrets from Liam throughout their entire marrage. I felt she was an extremely shelfish and cold person.

I could never get back into the story since while I felt sorry for the children, I was hoping she would give Liam a break.

Summary: Another Great Novel by Kristin Hannah
Review: I was lucky enough to receive this book in the mail one day before we lost our power for over 12 hours. It was so nice to be able to curl up with a great book even if it was by kerosene light. I was not disappointed in anyway with this book. It is a definitely a book you will not want to put down for long. The ending was a tear jerker! Buy it today!
