Summary: Muy Bien!
Review: I read this book a few years ago in English and I thought it was very good. Then I discovered the Spanish translation and read it to practice my Spanish skills. This is one of Danielle Steele's best novels. It is so well written that you can identify with every character's thoughts and emotions. The way the story unfolds is somewhat predictable, yet I wasn't bothered at all by it. It is an endearing and heartwarming story about the love of a child. The Spanish translation is excellent and I actually think that I enjoyed the Spanish version more than the English one. Told in Spanish, the story seems to take on a more lyrical quality; the passionate scenes are more passionate, the devastation more devastating, and the characters more alive. Beautifully written and translated, this book is terrific!
