Summary: READ IT!!
Review: this book it great....the characters are good and its a real page-turner. its about forgiveness and its sweet

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I loved it, but i wish it were so much longer!!
Review: This book was fantasically filling, and i loved the whole thing to death! But if you were to put this out in reality, I would be so upset!
So the book is about a Married couple Sam and Alex Parker, and Alex is diagnosed with breast cancer, and sam just cant quite deal with it. So while poor Alex is so sick pucking her guts out because of the Chemo, Sam is out sleeping around with this little office [trash], ruining everything! He treats her like garbage and i dont think that she should have taken him back. That really made me mad. He got to go have all his fun, while she was home sick, but when the tables turn, he suddenly realizes that he cant live without her....well you shouldve realized that before the office girl...oooh

anyways, other than that this book is excellent and a very fun read.

Summary: May I submit a Minus 5-Star?
Review: This is the first time I have EVER been compelled to review a book. This was such a disgusting blow to women, in general, that I am embarressed for the author. Is this her usual way of writing or was this just a disastrous fluke and we should all stay away from this publishing. By the way, I'm surprised her publisher DIDN'T stay away....... Is Ms. Steel allowed to publish ANYTHING because a few mini-series have been produced from such atrocities. Aaahhhggggg!!!! What a disappointing waste of MY time!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I read a Danielle Steel novel....errrrr....very trivial attempt at writing.....whatever is was she was trying to write. Total disappointment and disgust.....I'm glad I borrowed it and didn't actually waste my money and buy it. AAAUUUGGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Love and Life
Review: This must have been the 20th book I've read by D.S. I am always impressed with her depth of detail! Breast cancer is undoubtedly an ugly disease. Her description of the "affect" and "effect" of cancer on the charaters is very vivid and true to life. Some men just cannot handle any trauma while others can't be supportive enough. D.S.'s characters always have a twist and this story was throughly enjoyable. I believe most women would have cut Sam loose forever; but, Alex loved him and love overcame in the end.

Summary: A good nose-burying book!!!!!
Review: This one was good. The woman in the story is fighting for her life and he S.O.B. of a husband is non-supportive. Very edgy and sad. Good book overall!!!!!!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good....but sad
Review: This one was really good, but the fact that Alexandra gets cancer and her husband dosen't support her is horrible! Also, when she helps him in the end when he didn't help her. It's heartbreaking, but good!

Summary: A TRUE TO LIFE BOOK
Review: This was a good book, one that I read more than once, and most likely will read again. My daughters love it too. And If you want to read another book that goes straight to your heart, read Stolen Moments by Barbara Jeanne Fisher. . .It is a beautiful story of unrequited love. . .for certain the love story of the nineties. I intended to give the book a quick read, but I got so caught up in the story that I couldn't put the book down. From the very beginning, I was fully caught up in the heart-wrenching account of Julie Hunter's battle with lupus and her growing love for Don Lipton. This love, in the face of Julie's impending death, makes for a story that covers the range of human emotions. The touches of humor are great, too, they add some nice contrast and lighten things a bit when emotions are running high. I've never read a book more deserving of being published. It has rare depth. Julie's story will remind your readers that life and love are precious and not to be taken for granted. It has had an impact on me, and for that I'm grateful. Stolen Moments is written with so much sensitivity that it made me want to cry. It is a spellbinder. What terrific writing. Barbara does have an exceptional gift! This book was edited by Lupus specialist Dr. Matt Morrow too, and has the latest information on that disease. ..A perfect gift for someone who started college late in life, fell in love too late in life, is living with any illness, or trying to understand a loved one who is. . .A gift to be cherished forever.

Summary: Will the real Danielle Steel please come back!!!
Review: Where in the world has the real Danielle Steel gone. I could barely force myself to finish this book. I felt empathy for Alexandra but thought that she made totally unrealistic decisions. Danielle is really pushing it with these lame books she's been writing. I'm wondering if she even cares about what she writes anymore.

Summary: Good Story
Review: Yes, it may be depressing, and yes, it may even be a bit predictable- but it's still a good book! I've read every book by Danielle Steel & have loved almost all of them. This one is no different. A story about survival, bravery & courage- who can't use a little of that in their lives. It truly inspires you to be thankful for your health & to want to help those who don't have that.
