Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Enjoyable reading, never slows down or is predictable
Review: A lonely woman learns to trust her own judgement about family, friends, and love. The reader cares about the main character which is the highest praise I can offer, except that my next dog may be named Jelly!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Very thought provoking!
Review: I enjoyed this book very much. It shows that our lives are much more complex than what appears on the surface, and how our first few formative years affect us. Money does not always guarantee happiness!

Summary: I enjoyed this book alot, and I could not put it down!
Review: This was a very captivating book. I read it in 2 days. The characters were very believeable. I really liked the relationship between Jesse and Sophie. I only wish there was a sequal. Once again, I enjoyed this book alot, and would recommed it to anyone.

Summary: Absolutely enthralling, as usual!
Review: As usual this book is written to keep you reading until the last page is turned. The friendship between Sophie and Jessie is wonderful. The story is tender, realistic and powerful all at once. Lots of tears for Jelly! Everyone should read this. I hope Fern Michaels never runs out of stories to tell, there is no one else like her! I'm a fan forever!

Summary: Page to Page; The best!
Review: For starters, I'm a guy. My wife has been a fan of the author for years and she got me hooked on the same books. We did a coin toss to see which one of us got to read Finders Keepers first. I won. She got so ticked off she went out an bought her own copy. I found this unlike any of the other books Ms. Michaels has written. This was better. This book was ALL STORY. Light on the gushy stuff and good interaction with all the characters. I was kept guessing. Loved the dog. My wife tells me there really are women like that. Best friends is what this book is all about. And loyalty, and caring, and learning and growing. For anyone who wants to know, I finished the book before my wife. Now we will have a long discussion on it. Thanks for a really good book.

Summary: An excellent book
Review: Finders Keepers is an excellent book filled with emotion - loss, betrayal, sorrow and joy. It is expertly told from the viewpoint of each of the main characters weaving a story that has you in sympathy with all of its characters at one time or the other. Not only do you understand the loss of the parents who had their child stolen, but the emotional loss that would drive someone to steal a child. Equally you are drawn into the bond of love and friendship between Jessie and Sophie and later their need to 'solve' the mystery created by traces of childhood memories and their fear of solving the mystery as well. Couldn't put it down. Well done Fern Michaels.

Summary: Wonderful character depth
Review: This was one of Fern Michaels finest. The characters were in-depth and unforgettable. The complex emotions involving the loss of a child at the age were handled in a sensitive manner.

Normally books regarding poor little rich girls do not interest me. Although you had to feel for the plight of Jessie. Such a wonderful young woman who needed a normal family life to make her life complete. In spite of her "adopted families" problems she rose above that and made a life of her own. I had to cheer when she left home.

At Sophies' graduation you had to feel compassion for the empty chair. Another young women who tried to make a life for herself without the benefit of love.

I cried when she died, I cried when I read all the letters she left behind. I will always remember the bubble gum trick with a smile.

In regards to the ending, it couldn't have ended any other way. The fact that she went off to build a bridge and put her romantic life on hold w! ! as a perfect ending to a perfect book. We can only hope that she will one day find her soul mate and they can raise her son together. The book left me wondering though who it might be. It could be Luke, but then again, Tanner did a lot of growing up towards the end. Hmmm.....maybe Ms. Michaels will continue this with a sequel letting us know who she chose.

In one word this book was "Unforgettable"

Summary: A page turner you won't put down until the end.
Review: I have always read Fern Michaels ever since I stole the first one out of my parents room at age 14. I found Finders Keepers to be one of her best. I couldn't put it down and it has you riding an emotional tidal wave from beginning to end. She has done it again and I look forward to her next book, as I always do. The friendship between the two women is what I look for in my friends. Once again, thank you Fern!!
