Summary: Luckily I didn't buy it new!
Review: I simply can't believe this is on the best seller list! I actually read some of the pages outloud to my husband for a good laugh. She talks about a hotdog dinner for three pages. Think I skipped most of the book. Save your money!

Summary: Too much crying!
Review: I enjoyed the storyline of this book - but Kristine never stopped crying! I got really tired of reading about Kristine crying over everything. She is a very weak woman, could not stand on her own two feet and the crying was way over done.

Summary: Exceptional!
Review: This is one of the author's best. I absolutely loved the ending where Logan "got his". I actually cheered. Even if it's only fiction, it's great to know an author can dispense justice.

Summary: Best of the best!
Review: This was a delightful, engaging story. I enjoyed it imensely. I like this particular author because she lets her characters take over, come to life and as she says, prevail in the end. I like the strong characters she portrays and wish I was more like them. This is a very good read you don't want to end. Am eagerly waiting for the next new book

Summary: Loved it!
Review: Fern Michaels never disappoints...each book just gets better and better. I really liked all the characters and the way they played off each other. A typical dysfunctional family.

Summary: The worst book I've ever read!
Review: I'm astounded that a book this poorly written could get published let alone be a New York Times best seller. Character development was non-existent and the plot was incredibly stupid. It was as if she just added to the storyline as she went along without giving any thought as to how it would fit with what was already written (I know, let's have her inherit $8 million even though there was no hint of her family's wealth in the first part of the book!). What a waste of time!

Summary: Disappointed Once Again!
Review: Once again I thought I'd give Fern Michaels a try, and once again I was thoroughly disgusted that I had thrown away my money! The plot is awful, the characters two dimensional, and if every female who has read this drivel isn't totally disgusted by the weak and totaly unsympathetic heroine, I would be truly surprised. The dialogue is totally unbelievable, and there are so many contradictory things that are said, not to mention done by the characters, I was thoroughly frustrated by the middle of the book. I couldn't even manage to get through it, and have definitely given up on this author.

Summary: Too painful to even finish!
Review: I would like to believe that there are few women in this world as idiotic as the main character of this book. But, hey, I'm sure most women would welcome a man into their home after they stole eight million dollars from them. Please. Give your readers some credit and your characters a brain. I wouldn't even recommend this book as a quick read for the beach. Horrible.

Summary: DON"T MISS!
Review: Another fine novel, another strong example for all women searching for happiness...... You can't put it (her) down! Buy it, you deserve the boost!

Summary: One fine read!
Review: I liked the way Kristine had to struggle to find the truth about herself and all those around her. Each of us does the same thing every day, we just don't stop to think about it. That's what made this book a fine, realistic book for me. In a word, wonderful. Katie Mc Innis
