Summary: A dream come true!

Summary: Another Extraordinary Danielle Steel Book
Review: I was absolutely captivated by this book. The characters, plot, and setting were so realistic. It didn't feel like I was reading, it felt like I was actually there, watching behind the sidelines. Steel captures the main characters-- Victoria and Olivia wonderfully. I couldn't put the book down! I never wanted the book to end, I wanted to read about the adventures of Victoria and Olivia forever! This is a must read for TRUE Danielle Steel fans.

Summary: A good read
Review: This book was very good...i did find parts of it to be extremely predictable though. And some of it was quite outlandish and unbeliveable. Some of the things that Olivia did seemed very naive, yet at other times she seemed extremly experienced. And Victoria was very bratty and had no respect for her family. However, overall it was a good book, the setting quite beautiful, the time period had all the charm and grace of the era, and the storyline was very sweet.

Summary: Outstanding read!
Review: I am a true Danielle Steel fan and love all her novels. I have to say that "Mirror Image" was one of my favorites. I absolutely loved it and could not put it down! I totally recommend this book to those who love her, even like her, because it is well worth it! I hope that you all will enjoy it as much as I did.

Review: I think that this is one of Danielle Steel's best books. I have read almost all of her books and this is one of my favorites. The plot was great and the characters were very real. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Summary: how to tell the twins apart
Review: If the twins are truly " mirror image " One would be left handed and one would be right handed. Not too hard then to tell them apart.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Good story, but incredibly redundant. Many contradictions.
Review: I am only on cassette #3 of the audio version, but I'm forcing myself to keep listening. The plot is good, but the author keeps repeating the same phrases over and over. She doesn't even try to rephrase or use other characters to utter the same line. There have been so many contradictions to what she says are the characters attributes, such as: the twins never keep secrets from each other, and yet Victoria had many secrets from her sister. If I was a teacher grading this story as one of my student's, I would say that they were adding words and phrases to try to make a quota. I would also say that they did not go back and proofread for inacuracies and contradictions. For someone who wrote so many novels, I would expect better. This is my first Danielle Steel novel and undoubtedly my last. There are too many books I want to read without wasting my time on poorly written ones. Perhaps it would have been better in the Reader's Digest Condensed version. It certainly could be severely abridged without losing any of the content.

Summary: This book is a must-read
Review: This book is a typical Danielle Steel. For people who love her work, like me, it's a must read. It is about two identical sisters in the early 1900's. The setting is in New York City and upstate. It has beautiful descriptions of everything from that period and the details are accurate, historically. I wanted to be part of that time while I was reading the book. I don't want to give it all away, but I think you should definitely read it.

New York, NY

Summary: Enjoyable reading, also I can relate as I have twin girls
Review: Was an enjoyable book without any profanity.Nice read which i have passed on to friends (twins)

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Interesting, but too long!
Review: I have enjoyed Danielle Steel's books for many years ,but I must say that this one is NOT one of her best. It took way too long for that "meat and potatoes" of the story to come along and by then I was almost exhausted. The only thing that was interesting to me was that the setting for this book(Croton, NY) took place 3 miles from where I live!
