Summary: Great modern romance novel!
Review: I just finished this book yesterday and I absolutely loved it! I was worried when I read some of the other reviews. But to me the "sex" scenes were not that bad and were done very tastefully.
I thought this book was very well written and it keeps you wanting to know what is coming up next. Jo the main character is very funny and uplifting.
Very good book in my opinion.

Review: I loved this book. I was so sad when I was done reading it. It was somewhat predictable, but a great read.

Summary: Great escapist fiction!
Review: I read this kind of book purely to be entertained. And Fourplay did that! I found the characters enjoyable and well drawn out. As a matter of fact I think Jo's mother and my mother may be the same person. While the situation of having four men panting after you right after a divorce may not be very realistic, it was definitely fun to read about.

Summary: Good!
Review: I really enjoyed it! I wished I had my choices of 4 men. I read it in one sitting because I wanted to know which guy she chooses.

Summary: amusing and insightful
Review: I though this was a pretty good book overall --- Jo has discovered that her husband has been cheating on her when she gets a roll of film of 27 shots with a few missing. she has the film redeveloped and discovers her husband's mistress. She confronts him, he tells her he's in love with Candy and is walking out on her and their 2 kids.

Jo, her best friend Rosie and her lovable brother Tim help Jo navigate the next few years of her life. And interestingly enough, Jo ends up with her choice of 4 men -- Conor, her brother's best friend whom she has known since school; Sean, a determined charmer who is great in bed; martin, a millionaire for whom she is doing an interior design job, and eventually, Jeff, her errant husband.

What I liked is not all four choices were of the same magnitude and intensity as Jo thought over the various aspects of a relationship with each. She considers also what her children are going through, and she matures in how she feels towards Jeff's actions (though not absolving him of all blame.) It is a step forward for chick lit that it is so insightful and still amusing.

Summary: A capivating read
Review: Jo, is 33 and is married with two young kids, when she goes to find out where 5 pictures could have been miss placed from a roll, she gets a new set to find Jeff, her husband is having an affair. When Jo calls him on it, he tells her he's leaving her for his "new love". Jo starts dating again, and the book takes you a detailed and classy trip through the four men she finds herself invovled with. The book is a great read, sort of hard to jump right into but once your going you can't stop. The whole book is a laugh/cry story, i've told everyone from my mom, my teacher, to my friends.

Summary: Quick & Fun Read!
Review: Pick up this book if you are looking for an uplifting story about
love and divorce and a woman bouncing back from the unthinkable.
Having watched my sister in law go through a similar situation--being left for another woman, the author correctly went through all the emotions and stages of being left but kept it light and airy enough to keep you laughing instead of crying.

This read is similar to a Bridget Jones for the divorced.
It was funny, touching and filled with enough romance to keep you rooting for the main character all the way to the end.

Can't wait to read another by Jane Moore.

Summary: Fabulous!
Review: The reviews I read on this book were that it was a modern day fairy tale, and I couldn't agree more. While you will identify with the heroine, the lovely Jo Miles, I don't think it's realisitic to think you'll have four men panting for your attention. Two of the men could have any woman they wanted, and one of the others could easily buy any woman he wanted! But it's a fun read, I couldn't put it down, and it's a nice break from the real world. You'll find yourself rooting for Jo at the end of the book, and wishing you could find out what happens next. To me, wondering about what happens after the end, is always a mark of a well-written, entertaining read.

Summary: Brilliant!
Review: This book is a funny and fascinating look into relationships and the tangled webs women often weave for themselves. Perfect for any woman who's had a recent hook-up, break up, marriage or otherwise! Well written characters...an easy read! Excellent!
