Summary: I HAD SOME GREAT LAUGHS
Review: This book gave me flash backs to when I lived at home with my family in Mungret Co. Limerick. A good Irish family taking care of each other and all that goes with it e.g. caring, crying, fighting, laughing, loving and all the rest - all in all a GREAT read

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!
Review: This book is one of the best, no, THE best, I have ever read. I laughed out loud and finished the book in one day because I couldn't stop reading it! I was disappointed as other readers were when it was over. I would love a sequel!! I have already accessed Amazon.Co.UK to order Keyes' other books that aren't available in the US yet. Do yourself a favor and read this great book.

Summary: A Wonderful Book!
Review: This book was wonderful. I enjoyed reading every word of it. I laughed and cried. I felt that Claire and I shared the same thoughts at times. The characters were so real. I hope to read more of Marian Keyes books.

Summary: All 3 of her books are great
Review: The 3 books she has written are wonderful. All the characters are very realistic and situations are exactly how she portrays them in life.

Summary: SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: "Watermelon" is a wonderfullly touching and humorous book - and it was so much fun to read! The only problem is that when you finish reading it - you feel like you feel like you are saying good-bye to a close friend. I can't wait until the rest of Marian Keyes' books are published in the USA!!!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!
Review: This was the most brilliant and interesting book I have read in a long time. I was drawn in after the first page and I couldn't put it down. When I finished the book (sadly, I might add) I was instantly longing for a second book about Clare and Kate. I laughed out loud several times. I can't stop raving about this book!

Summary: I couldn't and didn't put it down until sadly I was done.
Review: Marian Keyes speaks to every women in a language all women know and understand. Her books were sent to me by a friend from a England that I met on holiday in Hawaii. I will be eternally grateful. I have seldom known the sadness that I felt when I had finished her books and had to face the reality of life without Rachel, Claire and Lucy. There isn't a women alive that won't somehow identify with Marian Keyes' so colorfully written characters. Love, honor, dysfunction, self hatred, self pity, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, self realization and fulfillment.Did I mention love, sex and lust? That's what is waiting for you!!!!!! All of her books are must reads!!!!!!!!!!! I am like all others who have read her books anxiously awaiting #4. All women owe themselves this read. Ladies we are not alone!!!!!!

Summary: Adored this book from start to finish..
Review: I really enjoyed this book. The characters are so well drawn and the dialogue is sparkling. I felt as if I was in Claire's head the whole time. Going from her confusion at James' desertion, to jealousy over his new life, to a new life with Adam. In fact I was so immersed in the workings of her mind that I could understand her longing for things to be as they were with James even though he had treated her so badly because from the beginning her love for him is so strong and their marriage seemed ideal. By the time he reappears she is a new Claire, full of hope for the future but things aren't quite as she imagines and I empathized with her and the heartrending choices she must make for the sake of her daughter. In the end things work out beautifully for her and I was delighted as if she was one of my friends. The whole "cast" is excellent and even the stuffy pig James is memorably drawn (his true nature emerging late on in the book). I felt her family could h! ! ave been mine at times!! I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good book!!!
