Rating: Summary: So-So. Review: This book was way too historical for me. It bounced back and forth from past to present. I hate books like this. It was OK, but not one of the best. I was so bored with this one that I took forever to read it. Some parts were OK but I was lost half the time!!!!
Rating: Summary: Danielle is back on top of her game Review: Couldn't put this one down. Was as good as some of her earlier ones. Not so tragic as some but enough to keep the reader interested.
Rating: Summary: SOOOO HARD TO PUT DOWN!! Review: I HAVE READ MANY BOOKS BY DANIELLE STEELE BUT THIS ONE WAS THE BEST SO FAR-- I JUST WANTED IT TO CONTINUE FOREVER! SARAH & FRANCOISE HAD SUCH A LOVE-- A LOVE LIKE THAT IS SOOOO HARD TO FIND! DON'T MISS THIS ONE!
Rating: Summary: Two stories in one Review: I am not a die-hard fan of Danielle Steel, but I have read a number of her books. This title drew me to the book. A few of my friends stated it was not that good of a read, but the title kept drawing me back until finally I checked it out. An interesting present day story that moves rather slowly and Charlie's woes began to grind on my nerves, but I remained interested. I wondered how the author was going to pull the present-day story and the story from the past together, but she did. The result was worth the wait and I thoroughly enjoyed the story from the past. A nice comfortable book; worth the repetitious saga of Charlie in the beginning.
Rating: Summary: One of the Best!! Review: I have read all of her books, but I have to say this is one of the best. I was as engrossed with the story, as Charlie was with Sarah's diaries. I could not put his down. I had to get up in the middle of the night to read it because I could not get it out of my mind. I do have to say that it was a big let down when it ended I wanted the story to go on and on.
Rating: Summary: ANOTHER GREAT BOOK....... Review: I have read alot of Danielle Steel books, but this is the first time I have ever read two story lines in one reading. Very good writing. I hope she writes another one on Charlie and francesca.
Rating: Summary: Steel Not At Her Best! Review: This book was different than most of Steel's. It was too fairy tale like and not very realistic. It was definitley a bad writing week for Steel. This book just doesn't do her justice.
Rating: Summary: In one word excellent Review: Well I have read almost all of Danielle Steels books and the Ghost is one of the best books I have read. I couldn't put it down I also read it in about 2 1/2 days.
Rating: Summary: Very Suspenseful Review: I've read all of Danielle Steel's book and I think this may be one of the best ones. It follows a man trying to find love again and how he finds and where is the most interesting concept I've ever read in my life. I read this book in 1 1/2 day, I couldn't put it down. Danielle Steel is the most talented author of her day.
Rating: Summary: Wonderful blend of modern and historical romantic adventure! Review: I haven't read many of Ms. Steel's books, but this one has caused me to purchase more of them. I was engrossed in the story of Charlie and the diaries of Sarah. There were places where I cried, and laughed out loud, and I sort of fell in love with Charlie, too. Who wouldn't? Read it with a nice cup of tea in your favorite comfy chair. It is a gem!
