Summary: Short but Sweet...
Review: I read The Notebook and Message in a Bottle. Of the three, this one is rated right in between the previous two, with The Notebook, by far, being the best! The dialogue was good, although a few expressions he used were not typical of what was really said in the late 50s, in other words "they weren't born yet"...(take it from one who was there at the time!). The ending was a bit confusing..."miracles do happen"? Does that mean that Jamie didn't die after all? I honestly wish the book were longer. I was enjoying it so much, and was disappointed when it ended.

Summary: This is my favorite Sparks novel.
Review: As a native North Carolinian, I love to read books set in eastern NC. Set in a small town just 45 miles from my home, "A Walk to Remember" is, without a doubt, my favorite Sparks novel, so far. As in his other novels, Sparks tells a love story so pure and beautiful that I want everyone that I know and love to read it. However, I sincerely hope that if Sparks allows this book to made into a movie, it will really be filmed in NC. The setting of "Message in a Bottle" was such a disappointment to those of us who love eastern NC and looked forward to seeing our sandy beaches on the big screen. The movie didn't even come close! Loved "Walk" and am recommending to all of my loved ones!

Summary: An old-fashioned romantic read
Review: Nicholas Sparks takes you back to a kinder, gentler time when holding hands was a thrill and your first love was so very special. Nicholas Sparks has an amazing way of writing a romance to touch a woman's heart. I love all his books and hungrily devour each and every one!

Summary: A beautiful story of timeless love
Review: Nicholas Sparks has once again touched my heart and left me with the sense of how powerful love can be. Each of us can only hope to be loved as Landon loved Jamie. This is a book that stays with you long after you close the cover.

Summary: What a wonderful works
Review: This book made me forget myself. I thought I was someone else. It is a miracle thing in life that we never knew what we gonna get. Take me back to my sweet "la vida". Thanks to NS for everything.

Summary: Not Like Sparks other books!
Review: I loved Message in a Bottle and The Notebook! A walk to Remember was well written, but it was easy to guess the ending by the 3rd chapter.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Tender, loving account of true love and allegiance
Review: At first, I smiled at the boyhood memories of Landon and his friends. Then, I cried as Landon became a man and showed his family and friends that "love...is always ready...to endure whatever comes."

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: a beautiful, touching story
Review: I read Nicholas Spark's other books and found them to be very touching. This story is sweet and innocent, just as a first love should be. I read this book in a weekend, and will probably pass it on to friends to read... The author tells you in the first chapter that you will laugh and cry, and he was correct!

Summary: Can't put it down
Review: Nicholas Sparks has done it yet again.....i read the notebook at the beginning of the year and loved it then my friend lent me message in a bottle....i read them both in one sitting....when i heard about this one i antipicated it's arrival...i bought it and dug right in...i was dissapointed in the beginning but about 1/2 way through i found i couldn't put it down. i was sooo-> good i read it in less than two hours. Nicholas has found yet a new way to twist your heart and tug at your soul it's a truly wonderful read. And yeah a box of tissues is a good idea!

Summary: I was not disappointed...
Review: Once again, Nicholas Sparks provided a book that I had to finish in one sitting. I eagerly anticipated his newest release, and I was not disappointed. As with his other two books, "A Walk to Remember" also evoked a rollar-coaster of emotions (especially the tears!). This is a very sweet and innocent "coming of age" story that I absolutely loved and will recommend to others to read. I can't wait for Sparks to release his next book!
