Review: Lots of Texas-themed food here, and recipes from famous people and restaurants. Some are really gourmet, others are stuff anyone could make, like your basic Texas bbq. Even though it's mostly a cookbook, I thought the best part was all the photos of Texas scenery. Very nice.
