Summary: A tribute to a bygone era
Review: A short but well-written account of a bygone era, when people by the thousands would each summer flock to The Beach district of Toronto. The book deals with the specific parks that came and went, as well as a few landmarks of the area. Included are numerous photos. Although the book is fairly thin, the author's intent to convey the spirit of this unique time and place is very much a success. A great book.
