Rating: 5 stars
Summary: We Need World Peace
Review: Very informative book that makes you think about the atrocities and ethinic cleansing going on in many countries. This book is good for the person interested in world politics and geographical boundries which many countries have went to war for as a result of border disputes as well as religous differences. The #1 topic that put chills down my spine was nuclear proliferation and disarmament. When the Soviet Union broke up in 1991 many republics formed such as Belarus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan to name a few are countries with nuclear arms at their disposal. These countries pose a big security risk in today's world where global terrorism is becoming a major problem. This is a well put together book from start to finish. This book makes a good guide for people who has never heard of some "Trouble Spots" ex. Kasmir in N. India and Pakistan places that you often here in the national news. The author takes you through the history of a problem area to present. I would highly suggest this book for anyone interested in world politics
