Rating: Summary: Cheap eats! Review: I highly recommend this book for Philadelphians who love to eat out but don't have the budget to match their good taste. Similar to Zagats but with less pretension, it is full of great synopses of restaurants throughout the city arranged by cuisine and neighborhood. Brief, yet thoughtful reviews definitely help with the question, "Where do you want to go for dinner?" My only complaint is that is is not quite as well organized and comprehensive as Zagat's Philadelphia.
