Timpson's England: A Look Beyond the Obvious

Review: This is a delightful piece by Timpson. He writes with a most engaging manner and typical English wit. The book is broken down into geographic sections with the various sites conveniently listed on maps in the back so you can plan your itinerary. This one goes overseas with me everytime I return to the UK and if you enjoy venturing off the beaten path (as I do), this is definitely one of the books that should accompany you as well.
