Review: Would you expect to find a "jicama, mango and watercress salad" recipe representing Montana? I certainly didn't expect to find it in a Montana cookbook. Same with "coconut shrimp," "steamed Littleneck clams" and "Bourbon Street pasta." The very first restaurant listed, which the book acknowledges is "a relatively recent edition to the Billings culinary scene," is a Mediterranean bistro! And for heaven's sake, I can get a banana nut bread recipe from Betty Crocker. I was very disappointed with this book.
