Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Sweet reading
Review: "Trinidad Sweet" is good reading for anyone interested in knowing more about the island of Trinidad. Although the book is now dated in some of it's references, it contains important historical and cultural details I haven't found anywhere else (yet!). "The Rough Guide to Trinidad & Tobago" contains more current and practical details for daily living for an expatriate, but Adrian Bird's book is much more readable and interesting. An updated edition would be most welcome and would make the book worthy of 5 stars!
