Instead of simply delving into the practical side of travel, this book explores the more "soulful" world. The interjection of quotes from famous people adds to the more pure understanding of the "power of travel." I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for something different. It's a quick and interesting read. The author has an honest understanding of the world of travel. Five stars all the way!

When I need an escape from my world, I find myself going back to my favorite sections - for instance, "Travel is Transformative" brings up memories of my first trip to Alaska.
