Summary: Best inspirational and spiritual book ever!
Review: Brings out all those great moments of travel and inspires one to go off to the world of travel once again!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A fabulous, unique look into the world of travel.
Review: I have traveled many places around the world and read many books on travel, but this book is truly different. Instead of simply delving into the practical side of travel, this book explores the more "soulful" world. The interjection of quotes from famous people adds to the more pure understanding of the "power of travel." I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for something different. It's a quick and interesting read. The author has an honest understanding of the world of travel. Five stars all the way!

Summary: Best inspirational and spiritual book ever!
Review: I loved Steve's book. I said to myself as I read every chapter, "Yes, Yes! I've been there, I've felt that!" This book is a must for anyone who wants to keep their passion for travel alive between journeys. Marybeth Bond, Author: Gutsy Women, Editor, A Woman's World and A Woman's Passion for Travel

Summary: Now you can travel
Review: Reading through Zikman's book is like crossing the most beautiful countries and landscapes without any effort. The author's knowledge and wisdom is touching, makes sense, and goes straight to your heart and mind. No traveler should leave home without this little pocket-sized friend.

Summary: Prose with a "lightning bolt" effect
Review: Steve Zikman's "The Power of Travel" is NOT a conventional travel log! Instead, it is a uniquely styled book comprised of passionate and inspiring reflections about travel and its impact on people. Almost lyrical at points, it's prose with a "lightning bolt" effect. Anyone who reads "The Power of Travel" can immediately relate to the subjects Steve Zikman discusses. The beauty of the book's style? It prompts the reader to remember and examine his own travel experiences, and them relate them to the reflections. When I need an escape from my world, I find myself going back to my favorite sections - for instance, "Travel is Transformative" brings up memories of my first trip to Alaska. ( ...And thinking to myself, because of this experience, I will never be the same person again.)

"The Power of Travel" allows the reader to reminiscence, reflect, and remember that travel still holds a magical effect on us. And for those who love to share their experiences? "The Power of Travel" makes a uniquely wonderful gift.

Summary: Strong stuff
Review: The Power of Travel is like the best cup of morning coffee. It can propel the most reticent first-time traveler off the sofa, out the door, and down to the passport office - or it can re-infuse the most jaded world-weary wanderer with the spirit that launched him or her in the first place.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Makes you more aware of the feelings, and emotions of travel
Review: Traveling is one of my favorit things to do. Zikman has put feelings, emotions and new ways to look at those wonderful traveling experiences. All of you travelers will identify and say, WOW! The Power of Travel would make a great gift for your traveling friends and relatives.
