Review: This book provides basic inside into owning a restaurant. It gives a description of the many parts a reastaurateur has to tackle. It does not go into massive detail about the business, is more like an introduction about it. I recommend this book to people who are interested in starting a restaurant or small café but are just starting to learn about it (like me). For those who have some experience in the restaurant sector this book can be more like quick review. I gave it three stars because even though the book provided good info it didn't when into depth about the subject as i would like to. But in general is a good book to start to explore your options. (the updated edition)
