Rating: Summary: Fodor's Exploring Ireland Review: There are lots of good pictures in this book, including tourist attractions, local people, scenery, events and historic photos. There are many localized maps that show the general area of the sights and events described in the book. There are also good over view maps. Great "focus" sections give detailed information on specific points of interest or significant historic events in Ireland. The Travel Facts section has a comprehensive list of things a traveler might want to know. A seperate accommodation and restraunt section at the end of the book gives recommendations and prices organized by county. The only better Ireland travel guide I have seen is the Eyewitness guide which I would rate about 1/2 star higher.
