Summary: Not great but worth the $$$!
Review: Although specificity is lacking, there is much information of value to anyone considering establishing a restaurant.Unlike Buying & Selling A Restaurant Business, this book is worth the price even though, after reading it, you will want to do a lot more research on the web and at your local library. The writer does a good job telling you where to get the information and how to obtain information that is useful, with bias minimized. LJ's Breaking Free$ newsletter will be trying to excerpt to this booklet in its eZine and magazine - Bill Anderson, (LJ).

Review: Great Book! I Found These step-by-step guides easy-to-read, and easy to understand! The books are packed with information. They reminded me of "cliff Notes" from my college days.The information is comprehensive without the fluff you find in so many of the more expensive books out there on the subject. The books are also packed with resources such as phone numbers and the web sites of the companies they are discussing - there is no "theory" just great information.

Review: I find locations for national chains in my Realty business, although I knew alot of the info. I did learn some interesting items, and for the novice it will help alot, and for the price well worth it - will be reading the other books in the series soon
