Summary: Nothing like you're expecting!
Review: This book turned out to be a major let down from what you are led to believe you will actually read about. If you're into calculations and ratios between male serial killers and female serial killers, then this book would be it. Not much about the actual women but alot of brief details about them.
Very much a let down, requires you to skim alot just to get a few actual stories.

Review: This is a great book to take along on those trips, weekend jaunts, or anyhwere else. Created out of many "short stories," the tales of these murderous women are sometimes funny, sometimes gruesome, and sometimes outrageous.This is an excellent read. Pick it up any time, learn something, and get a little chill up your spine.

Summary: Good book, breaks the rules
Review: This is a well written, fascinating book. It re-writes some of the traditional rules of how to define serial murder. Obviously, this has upset some folks. However, the logic of the book is not flawed. Perhaps its time to look at serial murder in a different, more comprehensive way rather than accepting the definitions of individuals/organizations who would minimize this type of crime.

Review: This is an excellent piece of work. The authors have obviously been hard at work seeking out the most elusive murderers, female serial killers. Great periodic reading, or take it straight through and be amazed at these crimes!
