Review: Every spot that the book reccomended that I visited (Kauai, West Indies) were no longer clothing optional or not friendly. A waste of money.

Review: Having used the book to find some of the most enjoyable vacation spots in the US, both parks and public lands, life couldn't be much better!

Review: In regards to the earlier publication (90), I found that the beaches were no longer clothing optional. Primarily: Mexico, French West Indies, and Kauai. The guide was only l-2 years old and I found it inaccurate. Conclusion: Status of beaches changes over short time. You can be very unwelcomed at some of the sites Lee suggests in earlier edition.

Review: It's true you have to double check the info -- but he tells you that several times -- every one know that goes double outside the US -- but it is a very good resource and starter guide for those new to this -- as long as you remember that things are always changing out there -- this is diffently a good place to start

Review: Lee Baxandall has crafted a reasonably concise and complete guide to areas where nudity may be enjoyed. This includes formal and informal nude beaches, with detailed directions on how to get there, and also includes established nudist resorts from around the world. This compliments the North American Guide to Nude Recreation. The photographs show happy, relaxed people of all ages unashamedly enjoying the freedom of nudisty in various settings. This book gives a good overview of the nudist lifestyle.
