Time Out Milan: The Lakes & Lombardy (Time Out Guide)

Summary: Fairly current but misses the mark
Review: I am a little disappointed with this Time Out guide. I have the Time Out Amsterdam guide and found it very useful but have not found the same in the Milan guide. While it is, as of summer 2003, one of the most updated guides, it somehow misses the essence of Milan. Granted the area is not particularly touristy, but both the restaurant and shopping recommendations were lacking.

Review: I purchased this book after being extremely happy with "Time Out Amsterdam" but was disappointed. The Milan version lacks detail and has limited restaraunt and hotel listings. It is the most recent Milan book available (at least when I bought it) but I thought Time Out could have done better.
