Summary: An excellent book
Review: I'm an airline pilot and came across the book at a airport shop. I looked through it out of curiosity and found it to be very easy to read. I liked the simplicity of the book; that is, find your question and the answer is written in a easy to understand manner. Several illustration/photos help. I've seen other books which are fine if you want to get into the nitty gritty and technical aspects of flying or want to learn about airline operations in general, but this book is good for what I think are the most common passenger questions and again, very plain english explanations. I'll be getting some books to give friends and family (so they won't ask me anymore!).

Summary: GREAT
Review: The first thing I liked was the well organized format. The book was divided into sections dealing with topics such as WEATHER, BAGGAGE HANDLING and CANCELLATIONS & DELAYS. The book is a question and answer format, so all I had to do was find my question and the answer was right there. The answers are not complicated or drawn out. They are straight forward and to the point without much use of aviation terminology. A lot of the questions are just the sort I'd love to have asked on my flights.
